1st of all I don't like the fact that they want to have control over the payments and this is where the trouble started. I paid 3 months worth of payments, I made a mistake in my checking account and they were not able to debt my checking acct. After receiving a letter stating I was due for 2 months, I received a letter from a Collection Agentcy stating I owed them $465.00. Please keep in mind that I had never used the service and they think they are getting funds that they haven't earned.
These people are sick think you are just going to hand over $465.00 for something they didn't earn. I am writing a letter to the Better Business and call it a day.

Whether you filed a claim with AHS or not, you agreed to a contract that included monthly payments. It doesn't matter if you feel they have "earned" their money or not - you owe them. You tried to make 3 payments but found that they didn't go through because you didn't balance your checking account. Now they have turned you over to a collection agency so at this point the Better Business Bureau isn't going to do you any good.

I don't know if this is one of those outfits that claims to give you an extended warranty on a vehicle, but if it is, beware. Clark Howard on HLN some weeks ago stated that according to federal law, only the vehicle's manufacturer could offer a warranty or extended warranty for a vehicle. Two weeks after that, Rob McKenna, the Attorney General of Washington state ran a PSA that had the same information. You are paying for a service plan that may or may not pay for repairs to your vehicle. Apparently, they refuse claims far more often than they approve them, so consumers are being warned. Beware of aftermarket 'warranties.'
