Time Warner Cable - So. Ca Complaint - Telephone not working-payment made last week on time

I have sent Time Warner Cable my full amount requested and they still have not turned my telephone back on. Payment was made before due date. I am a disabled Veteran 75 years old an am very sick. My address is 123 S. Catilina Ave Apt#338 Redondo Beach, CA 90277. They turned it off by mistake. You can not contact me by telephone because it has been off for five days. I have been paid up in full. Please take care of this problem today.

I think that you should contact Time Warner yourself. It seems that your check may have been lost in the mail. The same thing happens to some bills.
Call them up and ask about what happened, and then they will help you from there.
