Vizio Complaint - LED lights do not work on Vizio BHT 210 Soundbar - Vizio's BHT 210 Soundbar
Vizio's BHT 210 Soundbar - Complaint
I purchased a Vizio BHT 210 Soundbar to go with my Vizio 55" HD 3d TV.nThe sound bar rocks, but the LED lights that are used to adjust the Soundbar keep going out. After a few days, the LED lights quit working. I have sent 3 of them back for the same problem, and now am awaiting my fourth Soundbar. Probably will end up sending this one back also, because Vizio keeps these defective Soundbars on the market. I have written Vizio Corporate Headquarters 3 times, and they have yet to respond. I would like to file a class action lawsuit against this company.

To obtain warranty service, contact VIZIO Technical Support via email: TechSupport@VIZIO.com or via phone at 877 MY VIZIO (877.698.4946) from 6:00AM to 9:00PM Monday through Friday and 8:00AM to 4:00PM Saturday and Sunday, Pacific Time, or visit www.VIZIO.com. Pre-authorization must be obtained before sending any product to a vizio service Center. Proof of purchase in the form of a purchase receipt or copy thereof is required to show that a Product is within the warranty period.
We have had our Vizio 42" TV for almost three years now and through four moves, and are tickled to death with it. To get a problem fixed, you must play by their rules. The information above shoule help you. Good luck. Personally, I would never get involved with a class ac tion suit idea unless it was something major, like Avandia or Mesothelioma. A class action lawsuit over ao add-on soundbar? Sure, have someone spemmd thousands to get a $5 coupon so the attorneys can buy new Beemers. Just contact Vizio with the above info, and I bet you will get resolution.
