Direct T.V. Complaint - Representative Misrepresented Service, Company Refuse To Give Full Refund

The services that I called to inquire about were cable internet and phone which I was told I could get through direct T.V. in a bundle package deal and that it would be one bill. Which I was in agreement at that point of the conversation for that particular offer. Once I gave my bank information I was then passed off to someone else, Which at that time I told the individual that This was not what I had agreed to so why was I being transferred.

I went through talking to quite a few dept and representatives the same evening in an attempt to cancel so that I would not have to be committed to a service that I did not want or trust Money is still being withdrawn from my bank account for sevices I never received I would like a full refund from direct TV and which ever affliates my information was given to that withdrawing money from my account.

I will continue to file complaint about this company until I get a satisfactory resolution.
