Slow as molasses, can't get an English speaker on the phone, just hard to understand foreigners in India? Website slow as hell and hard to navigate, won't let me log on, constantly left on hold, have not been able to resolve any of my problems since I ordered from these people.
Frustrated as hell, can't get promised rebates because instead of just sending them have to jump through hoops.

if you can get a cell signal, it might be faster to user virgin mobile broadband. price wise it might even be cheaper. from what I hear about satellite internet its almost as fast.
