Charter Internet, Cable, Phone Complaint - Charter Internet, Phone, Cable Bundles The Absolutely Most Aggrevating Experience Of My Life
I have been a Charter subscriber for many years. I got a bundle package two years ago for 189.00 a month. That's internet, cable TV, phone, and fax. I've enjoyed it up until January of 2011. I lost discovery health and in order to get it back I needed to sign onto another 2 year package. I package was going to be a little less according to them. What they didn't tell me about the price was before they added fees and taxes. Duhh. Then it jumped about 60 dollars. I'm deaf and don't use the phone to talk to Charter so I relied on chatting so I could save everything that was said to me. Every month since this started they've lied to me about prices and I go back to the office and talk to a woman and she straightens it out until I get the bill the next month and it starts all over again.
This time I'm getting my attorney involved to see if they'll listen to a class action suit, because these people are the most aggevating people and poor business people I've ever run into.
