Dish Network Complaint - Pre-Customer Dis-Satisfaction.
TEXAS -- I called and spoke to Brian regarding getting Dish Network satellite service for my home. Finally reaching an installation price that would fit my budget we set a date Brian took my payment of 145.71 the technician was to come out on what was then the nest day Saturday. I looked at my account after speaking with Brian and noticed the payment had already posted to my account. Saturday comes the technician has arrived and stated he would need an additional 200.00. I replied no an told him that I wasn't the monies that I already paid to be returned. I thought that was fair that was on the 28th of May spoke to customer service they said it could take 3-5 day I waited until that Tuesday the day after Memorial Day and called to verify the representative told me my funds should be in my account by Friday.
Friday I called another representative told me it would be additional 10 business days before I would receive my refund. I do not have any of their equipment no cable no boxes no service yet they have my money and will not release it. At this point my next option is to obtain legal council
