A&E Factory Services Complaint - Service man stood us up 3 different days... their excuse~ NONE

I had an appointment on May 31, 2011 from 8am-12pm, no one came ......I called & waited unitl 8pm. When I called, they said someone will be out tomorrow 8-12 mam..... SO I waited again, by 1:30 I called and they said, there is no one available until June 7th MAM..... Did I mention I HATE being called mam. Any how today they were supposed to come 1pm-5pm... I waited yet again until 8:45 pm, and called 4 times between 5-8, every time they said "he's on his way your call is next"..... BULL ~~~~ So no one came, they then tell me at 8:45 the guy stopped working at 4:30 so I was lied to all that time.....

So now he's coming on the 10th... If not I'm suing. for what? not 100% sure yet, but my husbands an attorney and he says we can.... so I hope they show up, I've wasted 3 days WAITING.

I actually do hope you have grounds to sue. I wouldn't blame you at all.

Maam, call a real service company, Sears/A&E are the worst in the biz...

That's good advice, Green. But if the appliance is under warranty, there really is no choice unless you want to pay for the repair yourself. I'm not sure anyone would voluntarily call A&E, but I guess it's possible.
