ADT Complaint - Billing - Refuses To Post The Automatic Billing On The 4Th For Seniors

Kokomo ADT refuses to bill us on the 4th of the month when our s. S. Are posted at this date.

ADT refuses to noticy me when they change the rules and increase my bill.
From 30.00 To 47.00 For aarp seniors who are on a fix income.

Flag my account and bill me on the 4th and not on the second of the month. All these years with no problems in billing and now I am always over draft, due to (adt) billing and refuses to work with senior when I explain my problem and overdraft. They say they cannot due anything .

When my contract is up, I can pay more for my home insurance and I come out ahead and have no need for an alarm. I can put in my own alarm and still get 20% off my home insurance.

the billing is set up by the main office. they cannot change billing dates for anyone who asks.

as far as bill increases, it is in the uer contract they can at will.
