Altel Complaint - Phone Service - Billing
I got Altel phone on the last week of April and the every next week I get a bill for $28.00 and I hadn't even used the phone yet. Since I am not the type of person who is attached to the phone. I had that fixed, the following month I get a bill for a ridiculous amount when I had not used the phone much and the bill doesn't show the individual calls and I was being bills for roaming which they shouldn't have. I got that fixed. The following month. Now June I keep geting phone calls from Altel telling my payment is late. I pay my bill on the 3rd of every month and the calls start coming in on 2nd? What's up with what? It's is now the 8th of the month and they are still calling. It's bad enough that they call but they don't talk to me. It's a machine that hangs up! This company Deserves 0 in terms of customer service. I will terminate my service FAST, if not FASTER!
