Dianostic servicing of my vehicle - Complaint

I took my car, (an Isuzu Rodeo) to Honda to have a dianostic test run on it to identify the problem that was going on with it. Long story short, the Service Tech told me that the test resulted in several transmission codes being activated along with many other codes, and that the transmission was "TOAST"! I went back and asked for a print out of the Diagnostic test only be given the run around. For two days I tried to retrieve a print out and was told the Tech that performed the test was convieniently on vacation. I talked to the Service Manger and he looked a copy of my invoice which said that "there were no codes found" and also told me that the tech that performed the test was actually at work...go figure!! (I guess the service tech and the Manager forgot to compare notes first). With the conflicting stories I asked to speak with the Service Manager, Service Tech, and the Dianostic Tech that performed the test all at the same time to get to the bottom of this matter, and guess what?

The manager offered to give me my money back. In my opinion, that was proof to me, that the test was never performed! They were very happy to take my money for a test that I feel was never performed. Just a scam to collect money!! I advise anyone reading this "DO NOT GO TO HONDA CARS OF MCKINNEY", especially if you're a woman. YOU WILL BE A VICTIM!!
