T-Mobile Complaint - Gawdawful Company - Customer service and billing
I've been with this company for years. I've encountered one lying representative after another. Told I wasn't going to be billed for something but was anyway. Reps not knowing what they were doing after I had already called with my tracking number when I shipped a phone back to them. Reps continuously telling me to wait a minute, that they were looking up my info but their computer was slow. Most reps or techs telling me one thing about an issue then later telling me something totally different about the same issue.
I am SICK of this company!! In a few lonnnngggggggggggg months my contract expires and I WILL be waiting by my phone to cancel at the stroke of midnight.
