Hotel Stay - Complaint
This hotel( HOLIDAY INN, BEVERLY HILLS, LOS ANGELES is very very nice but the service does not reflect the hotel, we had many problems with our room the main one being a toilet leak from day one, we stayed there two nights and told the hotel of the problem the first night, we received the run around about the problem and they acted like we were bothering them about the problem, the guest manager was no way helpful and only fueled the problem and did not try to resolve it, A simple I am sorry sir let me resolve that issue, would of gone a long way, instead we received a, IS THAT ALL from him.
I would never recommend staying here, your better off staying at your local Motel 6 and pay less for terrible service and a bad room.
