Magicjack Complaint - Lack of response from support - magicjack billing

For the past 3 months I have been waiting for a response from the billing department about a problem they created not me. It is a shame as the device when working is a good idea, but at this time I would not recommend it to a dog.

its never worked right for me. always dropping calls, echos, when my time runs out I'm done with it. I tried to call service once, they had no clue what to do to fix it. so I'm with you, I'd not recommend it either.
