US Airlines Complaint - No credit for tickets to Tel Aviv
Purchased two tickets to Tel Aviv March 10,2010 for $2,949.38. I had to have back surgery in May 2010, informed by doctor no travel. Was to leave on June 14,2010 return July 14,2010. I sent the airlines and travel agency ITN Internation Travel Agency a letter from
my neurologist who performed my surgery. ITN told me USAirlines would not credit me for
tickets/ only IF I DIED, DEATH ONLY RECEIVES CREDIT. I WAS INFORMED I HAD UNTIL JULY 2011 TO USE THE TICKETS. after contacting ITN Travel they informed me the tickets were cancelled by USAirlines on January 2011.
I am also writing to the Federal Trade Comission.
If anyone can help me please do.
