IRVING, TEXAS -- A representative called my home at 2 pm. I went to get receipts. I asked what numbers she needed from the receipts and she hung up on me. I called back four times and she hung up each time because I could hear background noise and the fourth time she answered me I asked her not to yell at me since I wasn't yelling at her but she wouldn't hear of it. I hung up and called again hoping that she had calmed down. I just wanted to get the matter resolved. I have the proof so what was the problem. I have a copy of the whole incident on tape. This was very unprofessional. Is this the type of people you have working for your company.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following: Have your employees go through anger management. This is a job where employees are supposed to use tact and take control of the situation. I want an apology. I didn't deserve to be treated that way. At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
