Baby Cache Has Poor Craftsmanship

Bought Serenity Combo Unit for my son's first child from Babies R Us. Picked up at store and uncrated at home. Two drawers didn't open, tacky seems to be wet polyurethane. Called and complained to BRU and ordered new one with salesperson who commented "We have had a few issues with these"...10 days later received replacement. Went to store to pick up and return faulty unit. Made BRU completely "unpack" unit to inspect only to find two top drawers misaligned, a screw hanging out on the bottom draw, and another "sticky" drawer that won't close. Took the unit and received a 10% discount card from BRU.

Called Baby Cache and spoke to Jeff ** and explained to him (along with pictures) that they sold "junk and poor quality products". Three days into this he's stating that he will make good on this by sending me another "new" and fully "inspected" from their warehouse another combo unit. The problem is that they will only offer "curbside" delivery to my son's house. That means I'm alone with an LTL driver that won't touch the unit only to the rear of his truck. I asked Baby Cache to look for other options. They said that they can't and blamed the BRU warehouse for poor quality control of inventory.

Bottom line is this: Baby Cache has all its furniture constructed in Malaysia and never sees what type of quality they sell. Since they are only the "middleman" to their retail outlet stores therefore have no ISO quality standards in place. I just started on this journey of being a grandparent. I have 4 more kids to go and I'll remember the name brand Baby Cache and associate with "junk" and poor customer service.
