CLIFTON, PENNSYLVANIA -- We spent $469.95 for an iPhone 7 in Jan '18. It totally crashed seven months later in July '18. At the Apple store they told from records the phone was put together from two salvaged phones and they could not do anything for us. We contacted BidAllies and this is their response. "Thank you for contacting BidAllies. I'm sorry to hear there is an issue with the phone. This purchase is outside of our warranty time frame, we will not be able to accept the phone back for a return. I apologize for any inconvenience." Just a warning! We learned the hard way not to buy from this vendor!

SUNNYSIDE, OREGON -- Ordered a phone. Paid over $200. Got a phone. Phone itself looked great, no scratches. However... phone does not hold a charge for more than 45 MINUTES!!! Rendering it useless. Sent 4 emails. No response. They have a 30 day return policy according to their email, but eBay says on file with them it says you have 60 days! Another inconsistency that impacts just the buyer. It doesn't matter really because you CANNOT meet it since they WILL NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED YOU TRIED TO CONTACT THEM.

Not your typical eBay store that you can trust. These guys are dirty or I would have heard from them before filing this review and complaint to eBay. I now only hope eBay can get my money back. Also, they do NOT GIVE YOU a Guest Access Code Per eBay Policy. It should be in the email you get from them so you can leave feedback. It is not in the email.

I asked for it but since they are clearly not going to respond you may need to contact eBay directly to get your refund started. I have contacted eBay and they have given them 3 days to respond then eBay will start the refund. Would have been easier if they had just responded to emails like their site says they do... within 1 business day. Never happened and still has not.

CLIFTON, NEW JERSEY -- Ordered DuraForce Pro. Told them I worked in public safety and phone was VERY important to my public service needs. Phone arrived - Would not properly charge. Notified seller - They drug their feet - Wanted ME to pay to return it. When I asked them to send me a pre-paid shipping label, they did so... But it was 14.819" X 22.222" (too big to print). I told them flat out that I thought they were scamming me - They never defended that claim.

But instead sent me another 4.819" X 22.222" label to return their product. And then they notified eBay that they sent me a shipping label. If YOU have a similar consumer issue with BidAllies - It is VERY important that you file an official complaint. Please call 201-336-6400 and file an official complaint. This is important to do so the authorities can be made aware!

If I could give them 5 negative stars I would. Someone went into my eBay account changed my delivery address and phone number, then ordered a item through this company. I made a police report as soon as I realize what had happened. Within a day the officer called me and said that the criminals at the delivery address have been charged with fraud and arrested. But yet this _ucking company has refused to give me a refund. REALLY, you people need to check your facts when billing addresses and shipping addresses are different. Do the right thing!!!!!!
