I bought a peach pie that was awful. I sent a complaint to Claim Jumpers and in about a week I received a coupon for a free pie. Very good service. Thanks, **

Frozen banana pie
By -

I bought a frozen Claim Jumper frozen banana cream pie. There were no bananas in it. Just dry flavorless crust and vanilla pudding. There was some banana extract in it but it was terrible and NOT a banana cream pie, as the box claimed it to be. No one wanted to eat it and; we threw most of it out. I cut the bar code and proof of purchase and mailed it to Claim Jumper with a complaint letter to the address listed on the box. It's been 6 months and I have never heard back from them.

Microwavable Chicken Pot Pie
By -

So people just don't know how to microwave. I saw that someone try to microwave a pot pie for 10 min. That's too long. Learn to cook. Know your microwave My question is where can I buy your frozen pot pie. Why are you not in the markets anymore? Can I order by mail? You have the best pot pies out there. I will not eat anyone else. I went to Ralph, Vons, Albertson, in Simi Valley. Can't find your pies. Are they in Los Angeles store somewhere? Please let me know. Forever GOOD!!!!!

Sloppy Pie

VALENCIA, CALIFORNIA -- Having purchased the above named product and baking it per your directions and letting it cool the recommended length of time when we cut our portions they came out runny and weren't able to tell what they were. The taste was good but almost needed a straw to finish it. **

Missing the Salisbury Steak????
By -

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- We purchased four TV dinners with the Claim Jumper label. In one of the boxes of the Salisbury Steak with gravy, macaroni and cheese and broccoli, the Salisbury steak was missing! Thought the steak might be under the macaroni and cheese so opened the plastic film over the packaging but there was NO Salisbury steak. What do you suggest we do? Thought about returning it to the retail store but the outer packaging was destroyed and the plastic film was opened. Is there any way we can be compensated for our loss?

Complaint Claim Jumper Turkey Roast Dinner
By -

In my Claim Jumper Roast Turkey Dinner servings were as follows: 1&1/2 cups of Stuffing, 4 scant tablespoons of Broccoli, and 1 SLIVER of Turkey Meat. I measured the portions, so I know this to the fact. I work hard for my money and paid good money for this dinner. I felt insulted about the size of portions provided in the dinner. All stuffing, very little amount of broccoli, and next to NO Meat! I have been CLAIM JUMPED!

HOFFMAN ESTATE, ILLINOIS -- On multiple occasions they have always comped our food if it was bad or wrong. Sometimes they bought us a desert. They know how to make up for a mistake.
