MIAMI, FLORIDA -- I ordered a cushion for a very large window seat. Although I was delivered a cushion of excellent quality and exactly what I ordered, I realized that what I had ordered was not exactly to my liking. The owner, Mike Rodriguez, was relentless in making sure that I got exactly what I needed. This involved re-sending various foams and fillers on 3 different occasion over a 30 day period until my window seat cushion sat properly and perfectly in the window seat for which it was designed. I am truly grateful to Mike and his company for the excellent customer serve they provided. I will certainly be doing business with them again.

I was a little wary because everyone else I contacted said it would take at least 4 weeks for the product to be ready but cushionsxpress.com said that my product would be ready in a few days. They gave me a delivery date and allowed me to track the package. The product came exactly when I expected and was excellent quality. They were also significantly cheaper than the competition!
