Misleading Advertising, Hard to Reach

FLORIDA -- My dad had colon cancer, so I had this interest. I ordered the free trial, not getting that it is a 15 day supply, and it is free for 14 days. I can count, but would have missed that. However, I am not sure if I received my trial or not. But I did get my first auto-ship. I had decided not to use it, for other health reasons, and tried to reach the company. The website will let you cancel your auto-ship, but not talk to anyone. There is no address to contact them nor to send the product back on their website.

I called their number, and cleaned my house while I waited. I got cut off twice, and then spoke to a person, who said I was wrong, which I admitted I probably was. I asked if I could have a refund if I sent the unopened colonex back, and she said yes, after much grousing. She agreed to send an email to that effect, and did.

However, in cleaning, I had thrown away the original envelope. They are not made to be used again. I have yet to find their address. It is not on the bottle, nor on the website. Today, more than a month later, I finally got through again to a customer service representative, and he said he did not have the address. He advised me to write to the email address again.

I am a bit slow dealing with this as I have a business and am helping with my daughter's wedding. But today I will again write the website. Btw, they have a new greeting, it says 'We are no longer giving the free trial...' So, I wonder how this will go, and if I will get my money back... more later. :)

Return of My Money
By -

GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA -- I tried their product for the 14 days that they advertised for free and it did nothing for me! I sent them a email telling them not to send any more and not to charge my account any more money. Two days later I get a package in the mail with a one month supply of their product with a charge of $78.98 on my charge card. If this is how they do business folks, beware!!! I called the company and was given the run around. I was referred to another number to try to get my money back. What a joke. Looks like it's the "BBB" and my credit card company to try to resolve it.

Deceit in Advertisement

PENSACOLA, FLORIDA -- I bought the sample to try to like some others, I have had a charge to my account without asking if I wanted to continue to take the product. Automatic deduction from an account is not legal without the customer's consent. It can be contested through your bank/credit card and maybe, just maybe you may get a credit to your account. After reading other review, I am a little worried that this may not stop. I don't know if this was really endorse by Oprah or Dr. Oz or not. Whatever it only gave me gas!

What A Scam

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -- I ordered the 15 day free trial, I received it is about 3 weeks. A week later, I received two more bottles a charge of $88.95 because I did not cancel the automatic order during the trial period. When I called I was informed that the trial period begins the day you order, not when you actually get the product.
