TEXAS -- I ordered flowers and they were not delivered! I don't like being taken for a ride or feeling that I have been duped into buying something online. This delivery meant a lot to me and my family and this company has perfectly stole the moment. The status of my delivery says it is delivered - it is not! The tracking number is not valid!! There has been no response to emails at all. I feel stupid that I did not read reviews first. Please read this and take heed -Do not use this company.

I am going to be taking this up with my credit card company as I believe they have acted fraudulently - I am also going to take it a step further than that. Companies like this make me sick and I have had enough of business's taking advantage of sometimes vulnerable people. This is criminal and should be stopped!

BARCALONA -- So embarrassing!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I made an order for a flower delivery for Lisbon this Sunday to be delivered on the 24th. No flowers were delivered!!! 58€ wasted!! There was no indications that there would be any problems. I've read so many bad reviews about this company but still gave them a chance. Fool me once, shame on you... I'll never use this company again and I hope none of you reading this will. Unfortunately I didn't take the other bad reviews seriously!! It even says now that the flowers was delivered, which they are not.

The receiver lives in the middle of Lisbon and have never had problems getting anything delivered. The address is 100% correct and their system approved it. You can even Google the address and see the house on Google street view so there's no excuse. I've contacted the company twice via their website the last two days, and twice on FB today, no reply. I even provided them with the phone no. of my girlfriend, the receiver in Lisbon if there should be any problems with the delivery. No calls. Nice way to ruin a Christmas surprise!!

They are either blind or stupid. I got a PayPal transaction ID but nothing from them. After contacting, they said there is no order, so I provided the PayPal transaction ID and they still can't find it! Ridiculous!!! I had death in the family. My family needs support abroad with flowers. These people are NOT RELIABLE! Please do not use them. This business needs to be shut down for good! P.S. I tried calling them... Automatic system said to press 1 if I want to speak in English, so I did. A guy picks up, says something in Spanish. I say Hello, and you know what he did? He hung up. Yes, he did. Again, DO NOT USE.

FRANCE -- I ordered some flowers for my mum in France for Mother's Day. They delivered half of the bunch of flowers that I ordered so I complained. There is no way to call them so you have to email them. Eventually (2 days later) someone bothered to reply and they agreed (after I had had to supply a picture of the rubbish flowers) that they would deliver a new bouquet (but 3 days later). The next bouquet was SO bad that my mum refused them on the doorstep - the box that they were in was all bashed in down the side and they had no water in the water trough and so the flowers were all brown around the edges.

They looked like they had been in the back of a van with no water for a few days. I again emailed to complain and eventually someone responded and said without a photo they will do nothing. Customer services do not care, they are just thieves that take your money and supply very poor quality products. I will never use this company again and would strongly advise others to not use them too.

BARCELONA -- I would strongly advise against using this company. Sadly I used their service to send flowers to a colleague in Switzerland and unfortunately the flowers were not delivered due to the wrong surname being on the order. I know for certain I entered the correct surname at point of order and Floraqueen have stated I did not. After reading reviews online I can see this is a normal occurrence for this company. Poor communication and have outright refused to issue a refund as they state this was my mistake even though I have emphasized I entered the correct name. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

BARCELONA -- Even if the site seems OK don't get fooled. This firm is a scammer. I made an order of the flowers to be delivered in Luxembourg. It was not delivered at the date of delivery and I wasn't informed about it. Moreover when I checked the status on their site - it was "delivered". My Valentine's Day surprise was ruined! I learned it from the girl asking a few days later if she got anything or not, of course she didn't.

I wrote and called Floraqueen customer service many times, but no answer at all! Just full ignorance. They hide their call center number, I found it on Spanish blog sites it is: +34 932010015. I called it and kindly asked to solve the problem that they did. No apologies, no explanation why. They told they would call me but no one ever called me back! Result: Stay away from these scammers!!!!

I purchased flower for international delivery. The flowers were not delivered because they did not have what I ordered: standard red roses... They offered me to deliver something else or refund my credit card. I requested a refund which they promised. I had to make another follow up a few days later to be told (in writing) that they will look into it and issue refund.

Now 3 weeks after the purchase, still no refund. I contacted my credit card and contested the purchase and they are dealing with them now. Very disappointing. International flowers: never again!! For your own sake, be careful with FloraQueen...

NETHERLANDS -- This organization does not have a phone number or any other contact than a response mail box in their website. They operate on a franchisee model and the franchisees do not own responsibility at all. Most of the times they are not online connected or informed of the booking.

For example, my order to Netherlands for 54 Euros was neither passed on to the Netherlands counterpart nor FloraQueen did deliver as promised. Repeated request on the status of delivery on their website says order delivered while recipient of my wishes did not receive even a phone call; forget the delivery of flowers and wine and cards. Beware of FloraQueen and do not place orders till they inform you of their complete details of phone numbers and other valid details. Beware of net-based bogus shops.

PARIS , NY, NEW YORK -- FLORAQUEEN DOES NOT DELIVER AND IS UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on May 8th, 2020. I paid 79 euros/86 USD and was charged and notified they would arrive to my mother in NY the latest May 11th Monday. I said, Ok one day late isn't terrible BUT it gets worse. The flowers were never delivered. It is Friday, May 15th and still to this very day, they were NEVER delivered. The actual order status still as of today says "being prepared." I have written them many times and no answer. WHAT A DISGRACE! This company FLORAQUEEN is just taking people's MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and NOT DELIVER!

Horrible service, if one can call the scam they offer a "service".
I ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered on April 17th in Vienna, Austria. They have not been delievered yet. On the 23rd of April (6 days late) they supposedly delivered the flowers and wrote that no one was there (which is a lie), so the person I wanted to send them to, should pick them up at a specific address. They did not rang the door, did not call the phone number that I gave.
They stopped replying to my complaint e-mails, in which I request a refund, 7 days after the order was supposed to be delivered. I am still waiting for a reply.
DO NOT IN ANY CASE USE THEIR SERVICES! IT IS A SCAM!!!
