OLD SAYBROOK, CONNECTICUT -- We had originally ordered flowers on Monday for same-day delivery, which did not occur. With a credit we were open to having the flower delivered Tuesday, but that did not happen. We had to have the address changed because my brother, his wife, and newborn baby were going home this morning. Our flowers were suppose to be delivered today to the new address. We called today to see if that had happened because we did not receive any confirmation. Our flowers have still NOT been delivered and we're told they can't be delivered today. We got our money back and will never use this company again!!!

SPARTA, NEW JERSEY -- I'm very unhappy with my next-day gift delivery. The picture on the website of the all yellow bouquet was stunning and of course that was nothing like what the recipient received - 5-6 completely opened tulips with NO buds and a bunch of white filler. An embarrassment and a total ripoff. I will never be using this company again!

I took pictures to send a customer representative and they at first tried to explain that this was acceptable in a florist's choice bouquet (come on!) and then offered me a measly $12 towards another purchase with them - as if I'll ever be using this company again! Why would I want to spend more money on this crummy company?

I clearly explained the problem with multiple pictures and at first the customer service representative was extremely aloof and patronizing. When I emailed back that I was so unhappy with what was clearly a ripoff and their lack of customer service, that I would be filling out negative reviews, I finally got an offer of $12 off another bouquet which was an insult. I don't want to order any more flowers from this company! I'm still embarrassed by the extremely small and cheap-looking bouquet they sent.

GREENSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA -- The worst!! Ordered flowers for a friend that had a baby at 1:30 pm. Website says same-day delivery if ordered by 3 pm, recipient's time zone. At 4 pm I received a call saying the flowers weren't going to make it that day. By this time, it was too late to get same day delivery from another florist. They offered a $10 gift card for future purchase and a note of apology. Are they joking?? I would never use them again!

I got a refund of most of my money and an assurance they would be delivered the next day before 11 am, when my friend was being discharged. Guess what...just spoke with my friend, who left the hospital at noon today... NO FLOWERS!!! This is the worst company ever!! I don't know how they stay in business. If you see good ratings on their website, it is because they get you to do a survey immediately following the placing of the order... Too early to know the problems that are coming!!

I placed 4 orders about two weeks before Mothers' Day, all for Mothers' Day. Two were shipped and arrived timely.

The third order was to have arrived on Thursday before Mothers' Day. It was never shipped nor delivered. I am now on my second call to the company trying to straighten this out. Their solution is to have me make a third call to them to check yet again on what went wrong. They are certainly sucking the joy out of sending flowers.

The fourth order was for my daughter in law who lives in an apartment building. Even though I received an email saying the flowers had been delivered, she did NOT receive them. When I insisted that the flowers be resent, the customer representative actually hung up on me. Now they are telling me that it's my responsibility to check with UPS. Again, making this extremely unpleasant.

This is not the first issue I have had with this company. The last time I ordered flowers one out of three orders were mishandled. I specifically ordered a bouquet of Irises to be sent to my friend Iris. Not even one Iris in the bouquet.

I will be posting this review everywhere I can.

Liars - I Canceled My Order Before Placing It When the Price Doubled!!

DALLAS, GEORGIA -- I was offered a fake discount by email that I had a credit of $14.14. I decided to click through to get my elderly mother some flowers for Mother's Day. I at found a dozen roses for $39.99. The VASE was EXTRA!! at 6.99. I got to the end to pay and the $14.14 discount "was already applied" which it was not. False advertising. After they collected my payment information, they slapped me with me a handling fee of $15.99!! The total that should have been $39.99 - $14.14 + 6.99= $32.84 plus deliver charge was $69.99. So I canceled the order.

ONLINE, NEW JERSEY -- Horrific. Terrible customer service
Spent hundreds on orders with them. Placed an order a week in advance THIS TIME. Order never came. Calling in was a nightmare. Onhold for an hour and then disconnected. Sent several emails, all of which I got a response "great news, your order was delivered 530pm to intended recipient." We were home. It never came. No response to other emails sent, another hour and a half on hold as we speak. 715pm as we speak and they're asking I callback if I haven't received by 6pm as florist isn't answering phone. Its 715 pm. Of course they're not. And I'm being asked about tomorrow now? Then representative has audacity to get nasty with me. They wasted 3 hrs and counting now of a day that was supposed to be special and they put the nail and shoveled the dirt on top of a birthday whose coffin was already built by this pandemic. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. NEXT HOUR WILL BE ME CALLING MY BANK AND WAITING ON HOLD EVEN MORE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE FOR THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS!

Funeral Flowers

I was able to order funeral flowers a week in advance FromYouFlowers. I ordered 3 arrangements, 2 with banners. I even had to call a few times to make some changes in the order/delivery. They were always professional & accommodating. When I got to the funeral all 3 arrangements were there and very beautiful. The 2 with banners, had the banners. I paid for the base priced arrangements and they were all beautiful & full of flowers. They did not have bare spots or looked cheap. I was very pleased & will use them again as their prices are very reasonable.

OLD SAYBROOK, CONNECTICUT -- If you absolutely NEED your flowers to arrive - look elsewhere. I purchased flowers to be sent to a funeral home to express the condolences of our entire company as many could not miss work to attend the visitation, wake or mass. One of our oldest and dearest employees lost a loved one and it was important to us that we send flowers. Not only did they never send them, they sent me an email stating that they couldn't send the flowers I ordered, but not to worry - they would send a substitute arrangement. This was all lies.

As it turns out, they never had a florist that could send the flowers and by lying to me, they prevented me from securing another florist and so no flowers were sent. Then I have to talk to Jamila in customer service who has no sympathy or empathy for me or the situation her company created. She just wants to avoid refunding me the money. Just horrible. She keeps trying to push me into having flowers sent - TO WHO?!?! The visitation, wake, burial and mass are all over!!! The deceased is in the ground!!! You can't make up for it now!!!! I ask to speak to a manager, but she tells me no managers are available. Eventually she agrees to refund the purchase of undelivered flowers and acts like she's doing me a favor. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Wrong Signature on Sympathy Card

Ordered same day delivery of flowers for my uncle's funeral and they put the wrong name on the signature card. After 3 hours of talking to 6 different representatives, I was told that the flowers were delivered, but they were not able to tell me if they corrected the signature until the next day. A representative did call the next day to inform me that they were not able to correct. I told the representative that I was not satisfied and his response was, "We gave you 30% of the arrangement and a $20 certificate." I told him that I was still unhappy and he said, "We can pick up the arrangement and give you a refund." I asked, "How are you supposed to do that when the funeral is in 25 minutes." Then he responded again with what they had given me. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

TAMPA, FLORIDA -- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered from this website because it said same day delivery. Not only did it not arrive on the day of order, when I spoke with customer services I was told each time I called that it would be there within a set time, finally arrived and the product had cheap replacements for what was in the photo. I understand they do not guarantee it will match the photo, but come on, at least have the company you contract with have quality products, not Dollar Store looking crap.
Customer service was terrible. Will never order from here and will never recommend this crap fest of a company. I wish I had read the reviews first. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
