BEAVERTON, OREGON -- I've been waiting since October 2004 for the monitor to my Gateway. Finally, it arrived - wrong one. Agent said (in writing) one thing and sent another. Today I received a bill. I would really like to talk to someone in that company about how I'be been treated.
October 2005 I contacted Gateway - my monitor, still under warranty, ceased working. I am still waiting for my monitor - I've been told untruths, hung up on, spoken to rudely, orders canceled, waited long periods on the phone until disconnected, waited long periods online using a computer at the library until disconnected. Gateway has behaved and is behaving in a manner that makes me wonder how it stays in business - I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING MADE BY GATEWAY AGAIN!
