CRANSTON, RHODE ISLAND -- BE VERY WARY of this PLACE. This place gets you in for a "consultation" you tell them what you want but they add services you don't want then you are swindled into some loan agreement to "save the pricing" and are told you have time to think about it but you get home and realize it was actually a loan they got the money for before you even get home or had all the services you didn't even go there for. So you have a loan on services not received. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, TAKES ADVANTAGE of people.

COLLEYVILLE, TEXAS -- Do not waste your money on Cool sculpting unless you can afford to gamble $10k- $15 on results. Initial meeting and consultation led me to believe I would see results. I saw barely anything but was then told that if I would go 1 or 2 more rounds (at $5k per) I might see more. A flat spot was created on my upper arms where I do not think they applied the correct size applicator. I noticed it the day after the application and went to see them but again was told they did things correctly. I was checked for hernias before the application and did not have one. About 1 month after the procedure, I developed a hernia. I was told “we didn't do that.” “You must already have had one”. As a customer, I felt “taken advantage of” and basically “stupid” for wasting my money on Cool Sculpting.

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FLORIDA -- I was very interested in having Cool Sculpting done. I literally work out for a living and eat rather healthy. I was told I was the ideal candidate since I wasn't trying to lose weight as much as change where the fat was (which was my hips). I was looking forward to this treatment. When I signed the paper work for the Credit Line I asked specifically if after two years I would accrue all the previous interest since it was a five year repayment plan. the girl assured me that was not the case. It is the case.

Regardless of the payment, the services did NOTHING for me. I saw NO RESULTS whatsoever. In fact I think it made it worse if that's even possible. My original follow up had to be canceled and I asked the girl to follow up with me in a few days to reschedule because it was late in the day. She never returned my call. It has been two years since I received the treatment and I haven't heard a word from them. I do not recommend the service or the company for any thing.

ARLINGTON, TEXAS -- Only had a consultation. None of the printers in the building worked so didn't get a paper copy of the price quote. I jotted the prices down. These were the 70% off prices they gave me for areas I wanted treated.
Under arms- $1414.89
Upper lip- $685
Chin - 929.25
Bikini- full Brazilian -$2,998.80
Lower legs - $3,880.80

I am not that hairy of an individual.
There are a lot of things I can do with $9909.65 laser hair removal is not on that list of things. You would think with that price the printers in the building would work. Very kind to me when they thought I was going to sign a contract. When I stated this would be a gift and I would be discussing options with my husband and if we chose to go with them he would come in and purchase the package for me the sales representative Couldn't wait to get me out of the door. My entire consultation was less than 20 minutes. Found another place with same technology that is doing everything listed above for $903.

Do Not Give Them Your Money!

PALM HARBOR, FLORIDA -- This business is a complete scam. They charged my sister $3,000 for 9 laser hair removal treatments (2 areas). So roughly $330 per treatment. She has a traumatic brain injury and I feel they took advantage of her by talking her into more than what she needed for a crazy price. If you read the reviews, many people complain of the same thing! There are so many quality places to get this service in the Tampa Bay area, and it runs about $80-$100 per session. I had it done myself in 2012 for $80/session and didn't need more than 5-6 sessions. All of my friends have had it done as well for a similar price (or less).

Why anyone would need 9 sessions is beyond comprehension and I think it's just a way for them to make more money. When I called and explained her situation and inability to know if she's being over charged, the consultant told me "well she shouldn't be coming into places by herself if she can't make good decisions." They refused to refund her for the remaining treatments that she hasn't had yet because "she signed a contract and it's non-refundable." I will tell all of my friends to never go to Ideal Image because I'm so disgusted with their practices

Botox Failure...

LAWRENCEVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA -- After seeing multiple ads on Facebook and Instagram about their Black Friday special of 8.95 a unit, I decided to take the plunge. I've had Botox done at least 8 times by a dermatologist and always saw results within a few days. The only area I wanted done was my horrible 11's and the upper bridge of my nose (which I've had done before with great success). The consultation was great, the people were friendly. I asked if a bit of Botox above my eyebrows would help open my eyes more.

The nurse practitioner told me no, it would give my eyes a more hooded appearance and that by injecting the crow's feet my eyes would like more youthful and open. I had only been willing to spend the money for the 20 units between my brows but since they were running a special and they gave me an extra 50.00 coupon off, I decided to go for it. She took before pics, marked my face and injected. It has now been 7 days exactly and I see NO change. They had me make a follow up appointment for 2 weeks following in case I needed to be "tweaked". Yeah, no.

I feel like it's all a scam to get me back in there to pay even MORE money to accomplish what the 20 units should have to begin with. I'm not even sure she injected me with Botox let alone 20 units of it. I'm thoroughly disappointed especially since this place is in PA and I'm in central Jersey. I will be emailing her tomorrow to let her know how dissatisfied I am and that I will not be returning unless they plan on doing what they were actually paid to do.

PLANO, TEXAS -- Don't believe their lies and promise. I am about 15 or 20 lbs overweight. Couldn't seem to get rid of my stomach and love handles. The sales consultant said I would experience a 20 to 25 percent reduction. I liked that. That was in June 2018. They took pictures, weighed me and measured me. The sales lady and technician agreed even though I was 78 years old, the procedure would work. They said 3 to 4 months for the reduction. I paid $6,800 for the procedure. By July, there was no change so I phoned them. They said be patient and wait until my scheduled appointment in Sep. I asked if it all would magically fall off in 6 more weeks. Be patient.

Sept. appointment arrived and technician took pictures to compare. She did not weigh or measure me. I observed there was no change. She said she had hoped for a better outcome. I said I would like any change. She said she would talk with her supervisor the next day and be in touch. When we didn't connect by phone, I went to the office. The manager was sorry. I asked her to measure me to prove there was no change. She lied and said they did not use tape measures. I told her they measured when I started. She maintained they did not. I left and filed a protest on my MasterCard. It is in limbo at this time. They will not provide copies of the photographs. Please don't be a sucker like I was.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CONNECTICUT -- I was very excited to try Botox and decided on Ideal Image because they had a special going on. The staff was very friendly. I was brought into a room and I was told someone would come into see how many units I would need. A Young girl came in and it took all of 10 seconds for her to jot down a bunch of numbers without even examining my face. That made me feel very uncomfortable.

After the Botox was done, I noticed several bruises which I know can happen but having Botox before elsewhere, I never experienced that though. A few weeks after my procedure, I have noticed one side of my eyebrow goes up farther than the other and the lines are not gone. I'm very disappointed because I paid a lot of money and did not get the results that I wanted. I Recommend going to a dermatologist who is a professional.

Worst Experience, Waste of Money

ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA -- DO NOT do the cool sculpting procedures. I barely noticed my results and they do not set a standard of what your results may be. Sure, results vary by person but with the $750 per area, you are better off getting plastic surgery. I spent $4,000 for no noticeable results. I measured my waist and I did not lose a single inch.

I called Ideal Image to see if we could work something out, maybe I could pay half the balance since I wasn't satisfied with the results. The lady I spoke to said she would review my chart and call me back. When she called back she said you did get results and that cool sculpting is not a weight loss program, that it is designed to help your clothes fit better. Bull!!! Get a waist trainer, do not spend thousands of dollars for your clothes to “fit better”!!! With $4,000, you can get liposuction with barely any downtime and just as much pain as the cool sculpting.

Don't Waste Your Money on Ideal Image

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, OHIO -- Warning! Don't waste your money on Ideal Image. I went in to see about Cool Sculpting. The only place they actually do this procedure is on your face/neck. Commercials show the stomach area being treated but that is false. Once you have finished with the "Cool Sculpting" you might look worse! Why - because if you have a small double chin, you actually look worse after the multiple procedures. Why you ask, because if any fat is broken down, you have excess skin which actually looks worse.

Save your money and do a neck, under chin lift which includes liposuction and removal/tightening of skin. Do not sign up for Cool Sculpting. About hair removal, I had about three areas I wanted to fix on my chin. In other reviews, it sounds like I was given the same "sales Pitch." They told me it would not help with blonde, or white hairs but insured me they could see some dark hairs in the "mix." Regardless, the hairs I actually wanted to remove, did not work. Next, do not sign anything the first visit. They tell you they have a "special" and you of course need to commit at that time. Big Mistake! So, there is more but I'm sure you get the picture. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
