FORT MYERS, FLORIDA -- I am a relatively small person (5'5", 120 pounds), 65 years old, and very athletic. I had started getting bulges above my bikini underwear such that my clothes did not drape smoothIy. I became self-conscious and started to avoid tighter fitting clothes.

I had a consultation with Ideal Image in Fort Myers and decided to go ahead with Cool Sculpting. I had two visits about 8 weeks apart. The difference is wonderful. I am back to wearing tighter fitting clothes. The timeline for results was exactly what I was told it would be. The staff was excellent: very attentive and professional. I highly endorse this procedure at this location for anyone who is already in very good shape but who has fat accumulations that cannot be eliminated through exercise or diet. If you're not in good shape to start with, I'm not sure how well this would work, but for me, it was perfect. Thank you!

CUYAHOGA FALLS, OHIO -- Horrible experience. I've seen a plastic surgeon twice for Botox and saw results within hours. I only ever needed 30, 35 units. Ideal image recommended 82-102 units. That seemed completely crazy to me. I just needed between my eyes and forehead. The office staff assured me that she'd look at an imaginary chart and suggest a different amount. She suggested 50.

I asked for second opinion. The practitioner that was doing the process told me I need very little. I got a little more than the plastic surgeon gives me. I usually see results fairly soon. I have yet to see results yet. I am going to be demanding refund or better Botox. Do not use this place. They are horrible. They only care about making money. They don't care about their clients. I was quoted a different price per unit on the phone then in the office. This place is a scam.

ORLANDO, FLORIDA, FLORIDA -- Paid over $6k for treatments that did not work... I noticed after the 3 treatment that it was not working and they talked me into continuing it to see the end result... only to say that there was a reduction and avoid having to give a refund! Now can't get ahold of them and they say that with red and blonde hair it would not be effective. I am a true red hair and if I knew that from the beginning would I have wasted time and money? Of course not!!! So don't waste your money, its all a scam... SCAM!

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I signed up for an approximately $5000 package for laser hair removal. Each appointment had a different staff member. Each had their own definition of the treatment parameters, resulting in inconsistent margins for the area treated. The worst part was when they would overtly skip over an area leaving a 'patch' untreated. I would bring it to their attention and they acted as if it was my fault for having shaved, not shaved, been in the sun... I assure you the sun never see that area! It was always painful despite 2-hour advance use of numbing cream.

The staff each had different dispositions, some sunny others, very cold and made you feel like a number. It's a very big commitment financially and being vulnerable during treatment for people to have a poor bedside manner and worse, accuse you of the reason the treatments aren't working. They never treated the same area, the same. Therefore I got inconsistent and ineffectual results. $5000 later and I am dissatisfied. Hair is lighter but not removed.

KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI -- Several years ago I made an appointment with Ideal Image to find out about the treatment. I ended signing up for a 6,000 contract. It was divided up into regions. 1500 dollars was for the peri area for hair removal and the remaining for my chin hairs and upper lip. I wanted to think about it but let myself be pressured into signing up and started treatment that day. The manager led me to believe that the contract was for as long as the company stayed in business or the hair was eliminated. He also failed to tell me that the laser did not work on grey hair.

After about 10 months I was told by the staff that my treatments had run out and that if I wanted to continue it would be a dollar for each laser hit. A 70 dollar minimum. I knew I had been taken but I could not find the original contract. The staff tried to say that I should have come every 10 weeks on a regular basis and that's why I did not have better results. The treatment is effective but way way overpriced. Learn from me. Read the contract and do not act impulsively.

LAKELAND, FLORIDA -- Don't waste your money!!!! I have always hated the hair on my arms. After graduating college I finally had enough of an income to get laser hair removal. I spent over $7,000 to do arms, bikini, and another small area. I was promised 90% of the hair would be gone. I followed all the guidelines, went to all the treatments within the recommended timeline, and even got 2 extra treatments on top of the regular 9 treatments. I was told I had the "perfect"combination of fair skin and dark hair. Well let me tell you...thousands of dollars later and a whole lot of pain I still have at least 80-90% of what I started with. They won't give anymore treatments without me paying more $$ (not that it would help) and of course they have you sign all kinds of paperwork in the beginning so you can't get a refund. They told me when I was signing this paperwork "we don't offer refunds because we can't put the hair back on"...but um, the hair is still on. I'm just glad I didn't let them sell me anymore areas as they tried to every time I had a treatment. It's a total BS scam and really a shame to steal all this money from people who are hopeful for results of something they're self conscious of (and probably aren't millionaires with money to throw away). I will tell EVERYONE what a scam this is!!!!!

O FALLON, MISSOURI -- Very Professional, pleasant place, and I read negative reviews here about hair growing back. They told me I am paying for 9 times (same areas every 2 months) and my contract has up to 4 free additional treatments (touch-up) in writing until all the hair is gone after all the agreed upon treatments are met. They told me up front gray or white or very light hairs will not be removed. They also told me up front it takes about 9 treatments in my case BEFORE I signed the contract so they are honest about their service because the laser can only burn it out permanent in certain hair growth cycle(s).

It takes multiple treatments to kill all or most of the hair because of different growths. They also have multiple nationwide locations so if you move you are likely to find one. They have a very good cooling spray on their lasers when it fires which makes a BIG difference. I also recommend the numbing gel. The coarser your hair is, the more likely you'll want it. The people are licensed medical practitioners.

DUNWOODY, GEORGIA -- Well, after YEARS AND YEARS of using shaving cream and razors, getting dark and nasty razor bumps, I finally said "this is it" and I needed to do something about it real fast. I called, made the consultation appointment and got a great deal since it was the 50% off services and I thought why not give it a shot!

Although in the back of my mind I was still skeptical, I went ahead, signed on the dotted line and got my FIRST treatment that day. Well that was almost three weeks ago. In the first week of treatment, I still had to shave some, and noticed that with one pass through with the razor, the hair would disappear. Now it's three weeks later, and I barely have to use the razor AT ALL!! I mean BARELY!!! I've had to use it ONCE this past week.

My second treatment will be on the 8th of July and I am VERY anxious to see how much improvement I will get from this treatment since the first one was pretty good. Note to self... ORDER THE NUMBING CREAM CAUSE THAT STUFF HURTS!!! >.<

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS -- This Ideal Image in Little Rock, Arkansas is so great!! From the first day I walked in, the staff has been so wonderful and made me feel at ease. I was nervous about doing this, but they all calmed my nerves, and now I love coming for my treatments. They have always been professional and courteous treating me with modesty. I also have started the bikini laser treatment, and I must say that my husband is loving it. LOL!!

I have completed my facial treatments, and they have truly worked. Now, I am not self-conscious about being in front of others. I used to hold my hand over my chin when out in public, so that it covered up the hair. Now, I can go out with confidence. Thanks to Ideal Image, I have an extra smile on my face, and so does my husband.

WINSTON SALEM, NORTH CAROLINA -- I really went to check out Ideal Image because of how much I heard about them on 107.5. My friends talked about it but no one had done it so I got to be the first. I went but wasn't expecting anything because I just graduated and I knew I couldn't afford to pay for it-- I heard it was expensive to do but I knew I could go talk to them for free. This sounds funny when I say it but I had fun when I was there. I thought I was going to be meeting with some stuck up person but Rachel was awesome. She understood me and what I really wanted and made me feel okay about it. I also found out laser would help get rid of my razor burn. She helped me get financed through Ideal Image.

She said that everyone qualifies but I was still nervous because I never qualified for payments anywhere before. Shannan did my treatment and was easy to talk to. We talked about doing my bikini next. I loved that everyone there is a girl like me, but I know the doctor there is a man. Molly and Danelle (I think that's their names) were so nice when I asked them about the bikini because I was curious how it would feel and they told me it's not bad at all but even if I'm sensitive they have a way to numb you.

Rachel called to check on me after treatment and I decided to leave this review because I feel like I actually matter to them which I don't feel like many other places. My underarms are so smooth and there is no shadow under my arms anymore. I am adding the bikini next. This is the best thing I've done for myself.
