CHICAGO RIDGE, ILLINOIS -- To change the battery and oil it took over an hour and a half because he had trouble with the battery... seriously you shouldn't be a mechanic then I could do both those things in a half hour and also all the customers that walked in after us left before us...

FREDERICK, MARYLAND -- 1/20/08 I went to Pep Boys to have a new battery installed in my vehicle. Was first wondering why no one would wait on me. Walked over to the service techs arguing who was not going to service my vehicle because they serviced the last vehicle in. I am thinking to myself, no ambition or maybe the pay is not that great. That situation makes me not wanting to come back!
