Pay $99 and You Will Not Receive Anything, Not Even a Letter!
By -

TAMPA, FLORIDA -- I paid $99 to join the Passport to Travel Club (AKA Prestige Travel Clubs) to receive discounts for travel services. They advertise a 7 day cruise, a 7 day resort vacation, and other benefits which you are entitled to based on this "lifetime membership". After they processed my payment, they disappeared. They did not send me any membership materials. If you call the number listed you will leave a message. I believe that they do not return messages unless you are saying that you want to join.

One woman answered the phone (I believe by mistake) and when I began to complain she informed me that she does not work for the company, she only sells their products. I asked for contact information for the company. She could not provide any phone # where somebody would actually answer but she said she would have someone call me back. Someone indeed called back who said they had no record of receiving my payment. She promised to investigate and call me back. Surprise, surprise--she has not called back and will not answer the phone when I call her number.
