Please Beware: I did as others have done by ordering the SAMPLE product for $3.95. I am now up to $153.95 on my checking account which was not approved nor have I received ANY product. When I called the company the man said I had the product and they had shipped ANOTHER order on the 16th and charged it to my account!!! Please check this company out before you order... there are several people that this has happened to.

HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA -- I received this product two days ago. It stated in the commercial that you could try the product and return it within 14 days. If not satisfied, just call them; however, the number DOES NOT WORK. I've tried to email them as well... no luck. Is this company valid? I will inform my bank to block incoming charges as the company is impossible to reach.

3286 M|N 29TH COURT, FLORIDA -- This company is a rip off. They get your card number, then start charging you card every 10 days. The only way to stop them is to discontinue you card. Do it right away and save some grief. Write the State of Florida and send in a complaint.

I responded to an ad for a free trial of their product. It was stated that all that was required was to pay S&H costs. Never agreed to join an auto ship program. Now I have been charged $74.95 for the original "free" trial. I found out after the fact that their cancellation period was 14 days from the date of the original order. This is a free trial???

3286 N. 29TH CT, FLORIDA -- Radialabs sent me a trial bottle for $3.95. I was not aware if you do not cancel within 15 days, they will charge you 79.95 to your credit card for the use of their product, which did not help me! You will be charged this twice as another one is the mail. The best you can do is send the next back but still lost the 79.95. Quite the scam in my book! I am calling the BBB to help put an end to these corporate monsters. If it's a trial, they will surely put YOU on trial!

FT. LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- Do not fall for this product and the entire free sample scam. Once they get your credit card information the charges begin for product that you never ordered or authorized. They usually co-ordinate this produce with another product called hydroxatone. Do not fall for that product either. So far I have been charged 74.95 plus 141.89. No telling what I will find on my debit card tomorrow.

I ordered this product a month ago and never received anything. I was always a bit dubious as if it looks to good to be true it usually is. So I only ordered one of the products for 6 pound shipping cost. Emails are returned and the phone no is constantly engaged but after reading what other people have been charged I've stopped my card and am glad I only lost 6 pound.

HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA -- This business has to be prosecuted for an unauthorized charge of our credit cards. If there is a class action lawsuit going on anywhere, I would like to add my complaint.

Wow! I ordered this product as a 3.95 free trial offer. I did read the fine print when I opened the package. I called got an rma (within 10 days). I sent it back pod (proof of delivery). When I saw I was charged 74.95 for a product I cancelled I was freaking out!!! I was told my card # was cancelled with them. I'm going to the bank to cancel my card!! Don't order from them... need to contact bank (fraud) and report to bbb...

HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA -- I called to cancel subscription and the person I spoke to was REALLY rude. And of course when I asked to speak to someone above him, was put on forever hold. This product does not work... and the customer service is even worse.
