We were greatly impressed by the quality of work we found at the Simplicity Sofas factory and could not have been happier to have the owner/salesman work so closely with us. When our sectional arrived in our home we were overjoyed by how beautiful it was and ecstatic about the quality of the work and the materials used.

My office is a psychotherapy office and every patient that has come in has raved about how comfortable the sofa is and how beautiful it is. This is a very professional company and everyone we worked with or spoke to on the phone was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. HIGH POINT, NORTH CAROLINA -- First off, I was happy to find your website as I, like others, had issues regarding narrow doorways and such leading to my basement. Buying couches without "test-driving" made me a little leery. After reading customer comments and speaking with **, I made my order. Those fears proved unfounded as the couches are better than expected; solid build, awesome fabric and, obviously, simple assembly. Two couches delivered to NJ in just over 30 days.

We have a small apt. in NYC. Normal couches wouldn't fit in our pre-war elevator. We found Simplicity Sofas online. We saw couches we loved and called to double check if they would fit. We found they offered more options than we had realized. We picked our fabric, our style, our size and it didn't take them long to make a couch and a loveseat to order. We LOVE them.

They changed our apt. We now have room and the couches look elegant - they don't look small at all. And they fit in our elevators. Best of all, their price was even less than the major department stores. We highly recommend this company.

I recently moved from a 3200 square foot home into a 1600 square foot home and sold most of my oversized furniture. I then spent the better part of a month going to furniture stores looking for just the right sized sofa and chair for the new living room. I googled small sofas and Simplicity Sofas came up.

I have never ordered furniture online and had a great deal of trepidation about what to expect and how difficult it might be to return if I didn't like it. And I wasn't sure about the likely quality of ready to assemble furniture. I read the reviews and all were positive which also sounded too good to be true. But, turned out to be overwhelmingly the case!

I ordered a catalog and some swatches. Decided on the color and took the plunge! Within 24 hours I had a personal email from the company president. At about two weeks, he emailed again that the blue denim swatch they had sent was different than the bolt of material that they were going to make the furniture from, he sent the swatch of the new fabric. I thought it was a bit dark and he offered to throw in some lighter throw pillows with a denim cord.

The furniture arrived in 6 boxes at exactly the four week from order mark. (I ordered an apartment sofa and a chair and a half.) I had the furniture set up and arranged and the boxes out of the house in about 45 minutes. Within a day of delivery I had another email seeking feedback on the product and the customer service. It's beautiful, well made, solid and comfortable. I am very impressed with the furniture and even more impressed with the customer service. I would not have had this pleasant an experience purchasing in person at the local furniture store!

HIGH POINT, NORTH CAROLINA -- We recently purchased a couch and "chair and a half" from Simplicity Sofas. Like most people we had always bought furniture in person so we could see it, feel it etc. We were reluctant to buy online with anyone because of not being able to try it out. My wife found Simplicity Sofas and the fact that they specialize in sizes made for every room and the reviews we found we were hooked. We ordered about 12 fabric samples (5 were free) and after seeing them we decided this was the right move. To be sure we searched the local stores one more time and nothing compared.

We went online made our final decisions and made the call. When I called I had a couple of questions and lo and behold I was speaking to the owner of the company, who answered all of my questions. The furniture is custom made when you order so it takes a couple of weeks but it is worth the wait. It came in 5 good size boxes and just like the website claims it went together in 15 min. Now you are probably thinking that if it goes together in 15 min it can't be good quality. BULL!

It is all solid wood backing (no fiber board or pressboard) all hard wood feet. Everything goes together like magic and is obviously engineered very well as it all slides where it should slide and fits where it should fit. The other thing you may be wondering is it comfortable? Yes. The couch is long enough for me to stretch out on (I am 6'2") and firm enough not to sag and soft enough not to be uncomfortable. In short we love everything about of chair and couch and we would buy it all again. One of the places that we were looking at and were thinking about buying from was Ikea, the problem, press board and very little wood to be found anywhere.

I recently moved into an older house with narrow doorways, and my couch would not fit into the den where my family and I needed to use it. I search for days online for smaller sofas, and saw nothing that piqued my interest. Then, I spotted the website for Simplicity Sofas, coming out of High Point, NC (my home state!).

SS sells RTA (Ready to Assemble) Sofas. They come in 3 boxes, and no tools are needed to put them together. For most orders, they build the sofa after you place your order, and it takes about 4 weeks from start to finish. I needed the couch immediately, so I called and spoke with the president of the company, Jeff, about what sofas they had ready for immediate delivery. They had 3 sofas ready, and I selected a red one. It arrived 3 days later at my house.

I got the boxes into the room with no problem, and from that point it honestly took me about 12 minutes before the sofa was assembled. Even better, the sofa is attractive and comfortable (I have had more immediately comfortable sofas, but this is in no way an uncomfortable sofa. On the contrary, it feels sturdy, strong, and has plush cushions out of the box). I found the folks at Simplicity Sofa very easy to work with, and the quality of the sofa is top-notch. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who has a tight-squeeze or small space in which to try to fit a sofa...

We did a major renovation of a lower lever family room and needed to begin furnishing the space. The problem was that we could not fit any regular sized sofa down the stairwell. I shopped for months online and in stores with tape measure in hand. But, nothing would make the turn of the stairwell. We were considering all sorts of other seating options, when I tumbled onto the Simplicity Sofas website. We realized that we had found the answer to the problem. The sofas are shipped in pieces, designed to fit through tight spaces. I was a bit worried about color, fabric and comfort, but the website made that easy.

They send swatches - a certain amount for free - so you can see what the fabric looks and feels like. Also, there were plenty of reviews of people saying how comfortable the furniture was. Also customer service was very quick and helpful with questions. The furniture took about a month to deliver - because they build it to your specifications - and was shipped on schedule. It is very beautiful furniture and very comfortable. I would definitely buy from this company again and refer them to other people.

After ordering a small sofa and ottoman from a large chain furniture store who promised delivery in 6 to 8 weeks, I cancelled the order after 13 weeks of nothing but excuses. I have recently purchased some property which has a 74 year old guest house on it and there is no way today's furniture will go up the narrow (and turning) staircase anyway. (I discovered this when we attempted to put a full-sized bed upstairs and had to remove a window to get it in.)

So I looked for "small furniture" online and the first company that popped up was Simplicity Sofas. The best part was that it comes in boxes - none wider than 12 inches with instructions on how to assemble the pieces but my husband had the whole sofa put together before I could open the instructions. He was impressed with how sturdy the sofa is and I am impressed with how comfortable and attractive it is. The company contacted me twice by email while they built my custom-ordered furniture.

It came in less than the 6 to 8 weeks they quoted me, cost less than the chain store furniture I had ordered previously (even with the hefty shipping fee) and I would order from Simplicity Sofas again in a heartbeat.

The staff there answered all of my many questions, took a great deal of time explaining the differences in fabrics and helped me choose fabrics that would work with my lifestyle. (Teenager, with friends, 4 cats, and 2 dogs) My sofas arrived on time, the directions for putting them together were great, and I love my sofas. I can spot clean them in a short amount of time, or I can take the entire covering off and wash it. They have held up very well to all of the animals and use they get daily.

In the event that I would ever move, I can take my two sofas apart by myself, and move them instead of paying someone else to do it for me. I would buy from Simplicity again and recommend their furniture and the company!

HIGHPOINT, NORTH CAROLINA -- I just had the greatest experience with this company who designs and manufactures high quality modular furniture specifically for tight spaces. My new full size sofa is better than my expectations. It literally took me fifteen minutes to assemble. And it is in a room where no other full size would fit (the doorway is too narrow). It luxurious and exceptionally good looking. I got the spring down filled cushions with 100% cotton fabric. They guided me through the process, answered all my questions, went out of their way to address all my concerns. They were very patient. It arrived precisely when they said it would. I couldn't be happier.
