WOODSTOCK, GEORGIA -- Can you give a negative star rating? This is absolutely the worst delivery service. Had delivery scheduled for Saturday. No show, no call. Of course closed on Sunday. Called Monday and was told that they will deliver it today between 3:45 pm and 7 pm. They called at 4 pm and said they will be here in 30 minutes. Rushed home from work early, waited and waited. No delivery. Was told they ran into installation problems at another stop.

Then Spirit called and asked how our installation went. WE NEVER GOT THE DISHWASHER. They said the driver installed it and then they left. NOT AT MY HOUSE. They deliver for Home Depot and Best Buy. Ask to use a different delivery service if you buy from of these retailers. UNBELIEVABLE.

After having to go through Home Depot and LG 3 times to have my washer and dryer delivered (there were major dents in each delivery I received) and on the last delivery my dryer was dented all the way down one side. The delivering crew were very rough with my appliances.

At this point I was very mad and called LG'S manager and by the time I got on the phone with the manager the two delivery men said that their manager said they had to leave and couldn't install my washer. I had ordered hoses with the washer and dryer and both delivery guys said they didn't have any hoses with them even though I had ordered them. I am very pissed off with this company and do not want them ever to deliver anything at my house ever again. I seriously feel like this company should be shut down...

Spirit is the delivery company Home Depot uses to deliver appliances, and they are a nightmare. Long story short, they have delivered two completely damaged dishwashers in one week. Apparently, Home Depot is in the process of terminating contract with them!

KENNESAW, GEORGIA -- I talk to a girl name Ava who was extremely rude and disrespectful. She told me her manager was in a meeting and she could not go get them and “I told her that was **.” She could go get them. Then rudely told me she wasn't speaking with me. Then I talk to Cathy! She was really nice, but didn't help. My mother didn't hear, no one knock or ring the doorbell. Now, I have to wait till Monday for my washer and dryer.

KENNESAW, GEORGIA -- They came on time on Halloween afternoon. Actually carried my new Costco refrigerator into the kitchen (no dolly) and did a perfect installation. Thanks!!

KENNESAW, GEORGIA -- I was to get a fridge delivered and had a horrible experience with this unreliable company. The customer service is RUDE and not customer friendly. The workman are as bad as the customer service reps. Home Depot should FIRE this group.

NORTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- LUCY ** IS THE WORST MANAGER I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!! Every time I call I get put into voicemail because she is ALWAYS IN A MEETING. I spoke with one customer service girl and she said SHE IS NEVER THERE. WHY DOES THIS PLACE HAVE MANAGEMENT LIKE THIS! I've spoken with multiple friends of mine who have had the SAME ISSUE WITH LUCY. Unprofessional, unreliable, she should not be an office manager if she doesn't even know how to respond to customer complaint calls!!! I would rate ZERO if I could!!!

OLD BRIDGE, NEW JERSEY -- Spirit is Home Depot delivery company for washer and dryer. Delivery is terrible. 3 time deliver the same item and broke. Don't know how to install. Don't speak English. Damage gas valve. Lies. If I can give them zero star I will. Manager from delivery department was rude and call with different bad words. Thanks to claim department. Stephany was very professional and very helpful. Never will buy from Home Depot again. Terrible experience with this delivery company.

NEW YORK -- Tried to get delivery for two days... First time truck broke down... Second time they pulled in driveway LATE without the appliance on truck. Can't wait to see what happens next time... Home Depot does not give a rat's ** about this and neither does the delivery company as you can see from the reviews.

NORCRISS, GEORGIA -- The bad news is...Best Buy contracts with Spirit also, as do HHGregg, Penney's, Sears, Brandsmart, etc.
