WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CALIFORNIA -- When I came over to Verizon a year ago I had terrible online support but great experience in store. A year later and I be whole company down to the “loyalty” program could give a ** about existing customers. I found AT&T to be way better both cost and service wise. So far don't miss not getting reception on the "best plan" in my office. Their customer service reps in store might as well be a computer screen and least get they have an excuse for being thoughtless and ineffective. I switched and saved 46 bucks a month. I advise all of you to do so as well.

DALLAS, TEXAS -- Regarding the failure of the transmission in 1999 Acura CL. The previous post states the transmission failed at 80,000 and this was unacceptable. My 1999 CL transmission failed at 24,000 miles which I would think would be grounds for a new transmission. Acura replaced the transmission with a REBUILT TRANSMISSION, AND WARRANTED IT FOR 12,000 MILES.

There have been numerous problems with this 99CL, and now the EGR is out for the second time. It was supposedly fixed at 29,000 miles but it is now inoperable again. This is the first Honda product I have owned and in considering this at this time it may be the last. I was in the process of purchasing a new Honda, but in thinking about my experiences with this Honda product I am now hesitating.
