MILAN, MICHIGAN -- The ThermoSpas Concord sold me on its construction and the simplicity and convenience of it. It also fits my needs. Their customer service was great. I called them up and they came out and took care of it. I was happy with the cost and so far, the quality's good. It's also nice for relaxation.

UPPER MARLBORO, MARYLAND -- I had a lot of experience with Jacuzzi products and Jacuzzi bought ThermoSpas as a company. I had two types of hot tub from a company called Watkins. And right now, ThermoSpas seems to stay hot longer. And I haven't had a problem yet with the surfaces on my ThermoSpas which on my other two tubs, they would bubble up. Also, the last tub was a foam filled tub which sprung a leak and it cost me quite a bit of money trying to find that leak.

The customer service rep from ThermoSpas who came to our home was an expert. He realized that we knew enough about hot tubs to give us the right points and it was an easy sell for us. We did not feel pressured at all. The model I purchased was the Concord because although it was smaller, it was the right size to replace the one that I had in previously. Plus, it has everything except the bubble jets.

I'm an avid tub user and I use it purely for relaxation every day. So far, the tub's quality has been good and the cost and quality are pretty much on point. It would be nicer though to have the water pillows in every seat position though. But what's different about my ThermoSpas was the little cartridge that I could put into the filter which is called the Thermo-Clean. Overall, my experience with ThermoSpas has been fantastic.

WALES, MASSACHUSETTS -- ThermoSpas has a very good name in the business. I owned a HotSprings previously and it worked well for us, but after speaking to a couple of people that owned ThermoSpas and meeting with Tom, the salesman, we decided from other people's recommendations. Tom did a great job as far as going over everything. He explained things in great detail which I appreciated since I'm a very detailed-oriented person. Without even prompting, he covered everything from A to Z. And the delivery team was awesome and on time. They worked very well together as a group and were extremely friendly and outgoing.

I got their Concorde because of the size, the capacity and the seating that it has. But the pillows could be a bit softer. Other than that, I'm very happy with the quality of my hot tub. It has significantly provided me with relief as I suffer from a lot of back and joint pain, as well as relief from stress. My husband also feels so relaxed when he gets out of it. He works very hard as a union carpenter so his work is very physical. The whole experience of being in it is very calming. We live in the words and we have the tub outdoors.

SOUTH WINDHAM, CONNECTICUT -- ThermoSpas is the best in the business and we got it as it was a great way to go. Their team was fantastic and was very professional. My house is up on a hill and there was no easy way to get the hot tub up there but when they delivered it, the team did not give up and was determined.

I'm very happy with the spa's quality. It's the most fantastic thing ever and I use it every day. The jets are helping my body a lot because I got a bad back and had two disks replaced in my lower back. Plus, it's crazy cold up here and the heat with the jets helps. It really works and it's the best investment I've made yet. But I should have gotten a stereo with it because it's quiet out there, but it is what it is. I can run speakers outside my cellphone too.

CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA -- I believed in the quality of ThermoSpas' manufacturing and some of the features that they have that many others didn't. We got a Manhattan which has 172 jets, four pumps, a bubbler and some nice lighting to it. The few calls that I had with them were very efficient. They solved the problem quickly so I was very satisfied. The hot tub has only been running for about three weeks but it definitely adds to our backyard entertainment and enjoyment. And so far, the quality has been very good. I would like the price to have it lower though. Other than that, I would tell friends that they should seriously consider Thermospas. It's a good choice.

BARTOW, FLORIDA -- I checked out the different features and ratings of different hot tub manufacturers and ThermoSpas turned out to be the best. I recently bought a Park Avenue tub from them and I chose it as it was a larger version. Plus, I could extend out into it and lay down. It has the lights and the bubbling extra jets. But it could maybe have a better set of steps going up into it. Theirs was was only two-steps and I needed something a little bit higher so I built my own.

My wife and I thoroughly love the tub. I have a very bad back and it's immensely pleasurable and therapeutic sitting in it and allowing the jets do their work. Even my daughter who's coming couldn't wait to get into the tub herself. I'd definitely recommend ThermoSpas. I'd tell people that it has been a great experience owning one and that they have something that would fit anyone's price range.

CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA -- I looked at a couple of other hot tub manufacturers but they appeared to be substantially less well-constructed. Somebody came over and met with me for ThermoSpas. I had a limit on what I was going to spend. Their agent was able to work that out and was flexible with the negotiations. I recently bought an Atlantis from them because of its size that could sit a number of people. I like the light feature which turned out to be very economical to run. I also like the colors and the box itself seems to be extremely well-constructed.

The price I paid was high but the quality was there. I had arthritis in July and the hot water makes the pain go away. It's a terrific thermal from a medical pain standpoint. And after a long day working in the house, I hit the spa and it relieves all of the aches and pains almost immediately.

However, their control panel is not very amenable to operating. It's difficult to use and there are some parts that I don't know how to use. Also, their instructions should be re-written since they're not very clear as to how to get the tub to shift from different modes. And the way that the drain setup in the panels that surround the spa is not very good. I have to remove the panel in order the drain the spa every quarter. It would be an improvement if ThermoSpas could make the drain more accessible. Other than that, the spa is worth the money and I'm very satisfied with it.

NORTHPORT, ALABAMA -- My wife has fibromyalgia and we're both retired. Getting a tub is an effort to give her some relief, as well as reduce the amount of pain that she's in. We did our homework, and while we bought the first one locally, that particular company had gone out of business so there were no replacement parts.

When we called other retail outlets, they had less expensive models but there was no support group once I purchase it. I have dealt with the fear when I called the retail people and told them that I needed to get an electrician and they told me what parts I needed. I told them that's not what I wanted to do. They didn't want to work on hot tubs. I was not going to spend $300 an hour to have them try to guess what's wrong. There were no guaranteed technicians around.

So, it was ThermoSpas' connected support group that sold us on them. And while they were more expensive, it wasn't just the retail that I bought but also the relationship. I called them and received a call from Connecticut in 30 minutes. A week later, I had the salesman knock on my door. He was right on time and spent 30-40 minutes with me and my wife. They also have people within hours of us that would be able to bring it and would be close by to fix any problems we'd have down the road.

What we wanted was the Concord. It's a 5-seater, 220 volts tub that was the approximate size of our other hot tub and would fit in the back patio. It had the internal design features that we wanted as well. My wife is 5-ft tall and she couldn't use the big loungers that are deep because it's over her head when she lies down. But the Concord has a love seat instead of a lounger.

I had the installers deliver the tub right on time and then they realized that my second handrail had not come in. They made a call and three days later, they came in. At our age and with our knees, we bought the steps to get into the tub. However, I couldn't have two handrails because the second handrail on the left would get in on the way of removing a panel to get to the control box underneath. The only way to work on the hot tub was to remove the second railing which required draining the hot tub in order to get underneath and check whatever may be wrong.

So, if the design was different underneath where the control box was not in front of where we would get in and out, people with knee surgeries like my wife could have two handrails. But to put the power box as a control box somewhere else where we could still utilize the steps with hand rails instead of one is an engineering design change.

When my son-in-law who is an electrical engineer comes, we'll have him make the connection. Bu for the meantime, we'd take our chances on the second handrail that we ordered even if it means getting underneath the tub very often. Overall, ThermoSpas has been excellent all the way down and I've been very happy with the communication, the follow-up, the quality of the technicians as well as the installers.

SUMMERDALE, ALABAMA -- My old tub didn't have a wave lounge in it and since I got a really bad back, I wanted one. We had something from ThermoSpas before so I knew what we'd get. I was amazed by the wave lounge of the Park Avenue I got from them. I like getting in before going to bed. It has a fixed pump and as the wave goes, it lifts me up. I weigh 250 lbs but I can hardly stay down in the tub.

The installation was very good as well. There were four guys who showed up and they were in and out in no time. We also had them take our old spa away. The tub was a bit expensive though, but it was a better tub than most of the other ones I've looked at and we got what we wanted. We're very happy with ThermoSpas and we love the spa. I'd recommend them.

ARAB, ALABAMA -- ThermoSpas is one of the better-priced hot tubs I found. I also preferred the history of the company and its quality over other manufacturers. With its therapeutic value and for its size, it's something I would choose. It has everything offered such as 172 jets, and multi lights.

However, it's a little hard to sit in the seat sometimes but it's okay. I can deal with that. We get in about every other night as it calms you down a little bit. Overall, you get what you pay for and ThermoSpas is well worth it. I love the hot tub, it's excellent.
