I ordered some shirts from tshirts.com. They are really helpful and eager to answer your queries before you pay them, but then... My shipment arrives with one of the three shirts replaced with some silly T-shirt. First thing I do is check my order and see that I did not make a mistake. I send a mail informing them that I did not receive the right shirt - no reply. I send a second email - "Please inform what the problem is" - I inform. Three days later, no reply. I wonder what will happen... I have emailed them again and still no reply. It seems like after-sale service isn't much of a concern. I cannot afford to phone overseas with South Africa's expensive overseas call rates.
