The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. All day long on the phone only to talk one time with a CS representative who assured me of a delivery (they were in Mexico) I received a delivery confirmation number called my mom and nothing was delivered! Do not use this sorry company. Use FTD.

BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA -- I am deeply disappointed in the service. The flowers I ordered a month in advance for my wife's anniversary were never delivered. No explanation has been offered. No credit has been issued, but that is not the point. The point is my anniversary is ruined.

I placed an order for a very important occasion for my fiancee. I placed the order online at 9 am, to be delivered on that same day. I was hoping for her to receive the flowers that same day, guess what? It didn't happen, I called them, they apologized and told me that flowers would delivered first thing in the morning, guess what? That didn't happen either, it's 4 pm and she still hasn't received the flowers yet... Would not use this company again...

I ordered early, paid extra to have flowers delivered on Valentine's Day to my sweetheart at work. The flowers never arrived, but they promised they would be delivered the next day or to another address. What good are valentine flowers delivered the day after valentines? This is a lousy company, with canned excuses. I will never order from them again and I urge the entire world to not order from them.
