On 4/18/12, I took my '04 Altima to get diagnosed. The building was a little difficult to find due to the signage outside (streetwise)is not very visible, plus it looks a little rundown, needing some TLC. Once arrived the service manager (Steve Phillips) was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The techs were also great.
The job was completed within a couple of hours and so far I'm satisfied.
Wanted to charge me $300 for brakes (not including labor) for new break pads. Had a neighbor do it for $70 in parts. Unreal. 2 Replies - Latest reply on 03/22/2012Add reply

PUYALLUP, WASHINGTON -- I highly recommend this shop because I was treated very well and was impressed when the owner Kurt took me out in the shop and personaly showed me where the fluid was leaking from. I have been to quit a few other shops, and this was the first time I ever got to actually see the problem first hand. Kurt explained things very well and the pricing I was given was very very fair. I checked at two other shops before giving Kurt the okay to do the work. I also want to say thank you to Cheryl, the lady who manages the front office, as she was extremely kind and helpful too.1 Replies - Latest reply on 12/03/2011Add reply
Transmission repair is an expensive deal. The gentlemen that assisted me with this dilemma, Ron and Tim, were courteous, friendly and professional. They tried to assist me as much as possible. They stuck to their promises and completed the job timely. It is great to still find honest people in this world. Attention to detail and doing something extra for a client is all you need to market and sell your business or product. They are businessmen that know that the "bottomline" is vital to succeed, however, they also focus on the client, s needs and wants.

ROUND ROCK, TEXAS -- I was very happy with the service I received at Round Rock Aamco. From the explanation by Jeremy of what happens when a transmission is rebuilt to the completion of the job, I was satisfied with the service. Jeremy did all he could to complete the work for the estimate amount even though there was more damage to my transmission then originally thought. The transmission specialist that did the work seemed to be knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend this chop to my mother!Add reply

Today Dec 15th I decided to call the general manager and he hung up on me! I can not get any customer satisfaction.
MORENO VALLEY, CALIFORNIA -- I went into the shop with a few concerns about my car. I was treated with respect and dignity all the while telling them about how important my car is and concerned that I would need all kinds of work on my Acura. My car ended up being okay. I will need some repairs later and I will be taking it back to them. They were honest and let me know all my options to fix my my car.
I have owned a few cars in my life and have dealt with all kinds of "sales" people and they could have really taken me for a ride but they didn't.
