Sent a question to tech support, very simple. "What does a blinking LAN indicator light indicate?" Received answer. "After verifying your information we see that your product is out of warranty. As such, I am unable to assist you in this issue. However, Acer does offer a fee-based support over the phone for Out of Warranty products." As the warranty is one year, this means they will only support their product for that length without grabbing your cash for even a simple question. This has definitely moved Acer to the never buy from again list!

How good are these computers? This one has a quad core 9500 ATI Radeon Z 1250 graphics for $649.99? Also what about ZT Affinity? It doesn't have quite as many features as the Acer and is $699.
