MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN -- Last week I got 2 Arby's cheddar cheese beef sandwiches and a medium curly fires. The food was very nasty. Curly fries burnt and the sandwiches buns were very hard. I spent 10.01 and I had to put it in the garbage. Nasty.

HARRODSBURG, KENTUCKY -- Traveling, stopped for coffee and sandwich at Arby's store # 6228. Coffee was empty. Asked clerk if he was going to make more. He said NO. 1/2 CUP was in pot. He had to heat it up because it was cold. Got back on road and the sandwich was wrong. The cheese sticks were fine. Bill was 8.97. WHAT A WASTE.

TARRE HAUTE, INDIANA -- I ordered a sandwich, curly fries and a small drink. The drink was $1.59. My friend ordered a baked potato and a small drink, it was .69. What is the reasoning in that we are both seniors? Please let me know how you arrive at this with any common sense??? I guess I will have to think long and hard about returning to your stores.

GULF SHORES, ALABAMA -- The woman at the window was very rude. I waited for ten minutes at the drive through window. Then she said "pull up and we will bring it out", and I wasted another 5. I was the only one in the line and there was 1 table of people inside, as I saw through the window. The food did not taste good at all. It was cold and the woman was rude bringing it out in the manner she did. 0 out of 10 stars.

KALISPELL, MONTANTA -- Cashier was dirty with hair on his clothes and had some kind of skin disease on his arms....really ruined lunch when he grabbed my cup. Even if it was not contagious he should have had his arms covered gross scabs hanging...

FRANKLIN, NORTH CAROLINA -- Had ordered and pulled around to window, the girl handling that part of store was too busy talking to family or a friend to get order out before it was cold. I have had this happen on more than on one occasion, there is too much of this at this particular place. Even my handicapped daughter made a comment.

FORT MORGAN, COLORADO -- The fries were cold and did not taste good at all, and the mozzarella cheese sticks tasted bad or old. The food was not good at all.

LONGVIEW, TEXAS -- Was in store when employee told a woman her dog couldn't be in there and the dog is wearing a vest but he wanted her papers showing it was a service dog. I threw the rest of my meal away and told them I won't be back. Then I told the man he was wrong and broke the law. He didn't care.

ARKANSAS CITY, KANSAS -- Today at 12 I went to Arby's and I ordered three sandwiches and they only gave me two and one wasn't even right, so I took it back and they touched it and brought it back and didn't remake it. They just put cheese on it. The fact is that they touched it and she was quite rude (her name was Jessica).

WOODSTOCK, VIRGINIA -- Employee dropped mine and my sister's food on the bare floor, picked it back up and gave it to us (wasn't aware until a few weeks later when her friend told me).
