ILLINOIS -- I had my QC2 headphones for a while, but the plastic on the headband had broken and needed to be repaired. I tried to fix them myself with tape and that worked for a while. Then I broke down and needed to call them to see how much they would be to repair. I called them up, and the guy was extremely nice and helpful. He then told me they would replace my headphones and all I needed to do was pack them up and ship them to the provided address, and I would get a new pair in the mail. I got my new headphones in a matter of weeks and was extremely surprised. (Now if only Sony customer support was this good). I will gladly buy another Bose product again.

I have several Bose products and thankfully I have not needed service. Now, to your comment about Sony. Grrr is the first thing that comes to mind. Second is that I'll never by another Sony product.
