NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA -- Just returned from my visit to BK. Ordered two of their "fry burgers" (no mayo) and 2 value rib sandwiches. One fry burger had one French fry on it, the other had a whole 2 French fries!!!! What made it worse, both burgers had mayo (I hate mayo) I was not going to walk all the way back!!!! My dogs were quite happy (lets face it they lick their rear ends so taste to them is not that important LOL). I wanted to let people know if their hungry and near Burger King #2241 (corner of Coldwater Canyon and 12853 victory Blvd. ) proceed west on victory about 1/2 block and visit McDonalds!!!! By the way attempted to contact BK by telephone (818-760-0961) all I got was a busy signal!!! [There] must be a whole lot of dissatisfied customers LOL!!!Add reply
TOMS RIVER, NEW JERSEY -- On Dec 10, 2013 while at Burger King on Fisher Blvd in Toms River, NJ, I ordered a whopper with cheese meal. I told the girl at the counter that I didn't want pickles on it. When I got my food I sat down to eat it and the whopper had about 3 pickles on it. When I went back to the counter to complain the girl at the counter said I never said no pickles, which I did. I asked her for a replacement or my money back she said she can't do any thing. So I asked to see the manager, so she called the manager who was a young lady by the the of either Donna or Diana. I explained what happened the manager said she was sorry for what happened and replaced my whopper and an extra fries as she said mine probably got cold by coming up to ask about my sandwich. To me the service by the counter person was not customer nice. If it wasn't for the manager I might not of came back to Burger King again. But I'll give you's another chance for the politeness of the manager.Add reply
MULBERRY, FLORIDA -- We always use coupons and we go to Burger King all the time. We always order our burgers (hot off the broiler) when you get them, they are hot.
we went the other day, we were hungry, the burgers were cold. The manager comes by and ask (how are things). We told her about the burgers. [Then] another manager came by and we told her. We were not offered any compensation for lousy hamburgers and manager service. When you order (hot off the broiler) it take 2 to 3 minutes.
ABERDEEN, WASHINGTON -- Cashier was very friendly. I think it was the fryer timer that was making all the noise. It was really loud, I can`t imagine what people with hearing aids were hearing. They were playing jazz over the intercom. I`m the older generation but that music was not fit for a Burger King.
As soon as customers left, the cashier was over to wipe the table.
I didn't care for the chicken sandwich, didn't look like a real chicken breast.
MONMOUTH, ILLINOIS -- I got there and the supervisor/manager waited on us. She claimed everything's fresh especially those what they call Fantastic Fries....or so. Very salty I paid $2.49 for the large ( like a small ) and almost empty no kidding, I came back and showed her and she said they don't pack them anymore. I said is that for $2.49? After she said yes, she took from me and added some more scraping the scoop on the pan, putting all the salt in those little round box. Nasty fries both kind they have., I told her that no wonder why people still choose McDonalds. She replied yes, and seems like she doesn't care...well she is not the owner.Add reply
DELAWARE REST AREA ON I-95, DELAWARE -- I saw poster for the new King sandwich and thought to give it a try. It was around 3 pm on 11/19/2013. This was the worst sandwich I had eaten. The meat was cold, and was apparently sitting there for ages already cooked. The slice of cheese was cold. The French fries were cold and soggy. I called the management on the number listed on the receipt and was told that the manager was not available but they took my phone number and name and was told that the manager will call me. Three days and I am still waiting. Why don't they learn how to run the business from McDonalds is beyond me. Would never go to Burger King again.Add reply
ST. CHARLES, MISSOURI -- Once again, the weakest link is the person who bags the order. I don't understand why you go through all of this printing and double checking my order when the bag person will not care if there are any special request such as a plain sandwich. I even went in this time. My bad that I did not check this order. It's a shame that the customer has to remove their food from the bad to check that your people did their job right. I can tell you this mistake has happened dozens of times to my family members alone, just think of the business you lose by this. When I called to tell the manager he of course offered his sincere apology but I have a drawer full of those. How about giving me a gift certificate. I am already out of my gas and time, and needless to say hungry.Add reply
I ordered two tossed salads with chicken breast, take out. Each take out box had less than 1/4th of a breast. I called Burger King and after a long wait they agreed that I was correct. Their answer was come out and we will give you a fresh one. We ate our salads with very little chicken. Add reply
NEWTON, IOWA -- I went to Burger King today at 2pm I only have half hour lunch I spent 20 minutes just waiting for my food, the manager had told the woman in the kitchen multiple times what he needed and apparently he wasn't getting it it was pathetic how he had to come off register to go and do her job as the other female in drive thru was trying to do her job...
What a work ethic right... Any ways I had to race back to work and eat while I was working horrible.
NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE -- I was at Burger King on Charlotte by the interstate zip code 37203

It was very busy and they were backed up on drive thru. The employees started fussing among each other. The Manager a female had no control she yelling and they were yelling back. 10 minutes later two o worker are fighting behind the line. Two females and the Manager and staff just watched. The Manager allowed the girls to finish and go back to work and still fussing among each other across the food line.
My worst experience ever for my fellow African American a disgrace also the restaurant to allow this cause they were so busy. They should have been fired on the spot. Manager never gave us the customer an apology.
I will stop doing business with that store forever.
Burger King is advertising their new $1.00 menu burger with fries on it. Ordered it for my son and they gave me a burger with only 2 french fries on it. This is a joke! Very bad business! Don't waist your money or time. Can get more for your money at McDonalds with their double cheese burger. 3 Replies - Latest reply on 08/30/2013Add reply
Food from BK is quality as expected. However, second rate staff makes visit questionable. If heated properly the tenders would have been excellent. If large fry box was filled reasonably, there would be no complaint. The franchise exists for good reasons, this particular location lacks the skills to serve the franchise adequately. Add reply

I would like to know why it is only allowed ONCE a month a free Whopper or other item..My husband & I come often, but still only Once a month a free item..
I come from a Business Family and notice other Companies, that are not fair to the Customers. All that they want is The Customers Money! That does not bring regular Customers back, after they (as I) find out how Cheap you are.
In this day and age, with all other prices going up it would be nice to get something More From Your Company, More Often then ONCE a Month.
That is Cheapness.. So coming from a Business Family, I will "alert" others TOO about these facts.
Making them go to other Places, where they have Good Fresh Foods and better sales on items. Your sale prices are not very good.
I have been in the Food Industry for several years, so I know what I am talking about. Most people, just throw the receipt away and never realize what a small meal they could get, for nothing. So there again you are making A lot of $ off our backs.
GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA -- I went to Burger King at 331 South Pleasantburg with a friend when we got to the window to pay one of the employees came to the window and said some smart remarks to my friend. I think that is very unprofessional ... read full review2 Replies - Latest reply on 08/23/2013

This place has the worst employees and cooks. The girl running the drive through didn't even know the menu and was very rude and she needed to go back home and take a bath, she smelled like a skunk. I will never go back again, NASTY!
VERO BEACH, FLORIDA -- I went thru the Burger King drive thru last week and ordered French toast sticks. When I got home, to my surprise, there was no syrup. I didn't know you had to ask for it. So today I went thru the drive thru on the way to bring my husband to work. I ordered French toast sticks with syrup. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and French toast sticks with syrup. When we got to his job we opened the bag so he could take out his breakfast and there was only one syrup. So he got the syrup and I again got none. I am very mad about this.
In our town McDonalds is across the street and we usually go there. They always have a line stretching around the building while Burger King is always dead. They never have a line. Today I figured out why!!!
WILMINGTON, DELAWARE -- An obviously sick employee handed me a Whopper sandwich (drive through). Since she was wearing gloves, I thought it would be alright. Eating it was the worst mistake I ever made, because I was sick (diarrhea) for a week. Medical testing revealed the nature of the disease and the source.
Forget about complaining to management: their response was that I must have caught a "third world disease" (racist [snip]).
I'm never going to Burger King again, and for that matter haven't eaten any fast food since. Sloppy food handling and sick employees (they can't take time off - no sick pay is offered, and minimum wage employees have few options) is the norm in that industry.
