1 Reviews & Complaints

Carpet King is King

ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA -- In searching the internet for reviews on carpet installation, I found two things lacking. First, there are few complimentary reviews (at least ones that don't seem like they were written by someone who works there), and second, I found very few reviews on Carpet King. I am happy to do both today.

Since I found so many negative comments online regarding other places, like Empire, HOM and Lowe's and none on Carpet King, I decided to go with Carpet King. From beginning to end, my husband and I had a great experience with the company. The sales woman-Anita, was extremely helpful and informative. She was friendly and patient with us, which we appreciate, as this was our first time purchasing carpet.

Our measurement went equally as smoothly. The Carpet King representative showed up when he said he would, and was professional and friendly (and only took like 15 minutes).

We ordered our carpet on Friday, and it was installed Tuesday. The installation went equally as smoothly. Again, the installers called when they said they would, and arrived right on time. They were friendly and professional--and efficient! They wrapped up in 3 hours and now I have beautiful carpet!

The prices were reasonable, and with the current promotions, we paid far less for installation (including tear up and haul away) than we would have anywhere else.

Thank you Carpet King. My husband and I are so pleased with our experience and are singing your praises to everyone.

Megan, and how do we know you don't work there? Just kidding, very good review. We like Complimentary reviews much better than the negative ones. It's helps people know who the good guys are out there. (VH)

You got lucky. The product quality is usually low and the pads are low also. In my house they put a seam right down the middle of the living room. And now about a year later, the seam shows up like a sore thumb and is starting to lift up. I should have been more careful and refused to sign ANYTHING!!!
