Cliq Studios Service is Awful and product did not save over competitors

Cliq studios advertises savings over big box cabinet stores and yet it does not save the consumer. Additionally the design process/designer and customer service is horrible.
Design Process: designer took days to make minor changes. designer uncooperative. designer made mistake when I went from 24" pantry with rollout trays (ROT) to 21" and dropped the option of the rollout trays. Add-on drawers for a wall oven were not 30" but wrong overlay faced front and sized drawers. That mistake cost me freight over $100 to be shipped back and 20% restock fee lost of $70. Once the correct items for rollout trays and correct 30" drawers were ordered and cost me $150 shipping, they arrived three weeks afterwards. Contractors were done kitchen and had left. A month later and I now have to find a carpenter who will do a small cabinet job and cost me more money.
Product: when ordering please know that doors and drawer fronts are veneer. the drawers are bunch of linear scraps of the wood and look awful. please learn from my mistake. wall cabinets were scratched and only a touch-up kit is sent. Please be aware. shelves were badly nicked and roughed that needed to be replaced. the replacement was not matching interior per original order. To follow up with where the third round of shelves was painstaking. No apologies are ever offered or any sense of urgency. I would describe Cliq studios reaction as very cavalier.
Shipping: Cliq studios never provided a manifest as they advertise on the website. My contact was from the freight company who told me Cliq studios had not ordered a lift and so cabinets would be delivered off a back of a truck to the street. I had to make multiple phone calls back and forth to the freight company and Cliq studios to resolve that.
Credit for Returned Items: Cliq Studios rec'd returned items 6/13 and sent email on 6/15 what my credit would be. Credit did not show up until 6/27.
