ILLINOIS -- I like eveyone else got way over billed in the month of February. It was more than triple what I have ever pain. When someone finally called my back they said it was an actual reading as opposed to an estimate. I told them my bill has never been that high and please look into in. I was told by the wonderful customer service lady that I should go and read the meter myself... Needless to say they are still looking into this,, I don't see a resolution

IL, ILLINOIS -- I just want to say that I am very disappointed in the service, especially someone who works there in the customer service dept: her name is Gloria ext. 20006 she was rude and unprofessional I am still waiting for a manager to call me. If I had other options to change another company I would but we don’t we are stuck with this service.
