Over 2 hours and counting waiting for a crew member to show. Indifferent ground personnel. Last time I fly this airline. 2 Replies - Latest reply on 05/28/2011Add reply
When you check in on Continental, you're offered "better legroom" seats at an extra cost of up to $79. Don't do it! If you do, you'll be told that those seats are now unavailable, but some $19 upgrades are available. Guess what? Take the $19 upgrades and CONTINENTAL WILL KEEP YOUR $79 ANYWAY. They claim that this is explained ahead of time, but it's badly explained and it's still bait & switch. Never again will I fly on this unethical airline. Add reply
