Gave me a quote and delivered my items then said they quoted me wrong and I owe $200. Scam company. Do not use them. Read all the reviews. They all say the same... Double billing and higher quote after item was delivered. Scam artist. Report them to Better Business Bureau.

WICHITA, KANSAS -- Simple, single delivery, all details discussed before quote. Billing arrives with $95 overcharge, including conditions representative agreed did not apply, and for a liftgate that wasn't even a feature on the delivery truck. After considerable discussion, they have elected to deny the overcharge complaint. I will not do business with people who can't be trusted, who will lie and take such blatant advantage. I recommend you avoid this company if you feel the same.

NEW YORK -- WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE'S HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER EVER USING THEM AGAIN.

KANSAS CITY, INDIANA -- On several shipments their quote ended up being half what they said it would be. ALWAYS raised price after the fact by $400 minimum more. They cost me more than if I had driven the items there myself. It was terrible. I called, tried to reason with them, they have kids working there who have no training and could not care less.

KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI -- Arranged to have an item picked up from one state and delivered to a terminal near me. They failed to show up the first time, inconveniencing the individual I purchased the item from, refused shipment the second time and FINALLY, they picked up the item. Provided accurate ship weight and FIVE weeks later they billed for more. Disputed through my credit card company but because I cannot now provide a weight, they win. An average person does not own a scale to weigh such an item and they know that. I would avoid, at all costs, dealing with Freightquote.

KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI -- DO NOT USE FREIGHTQUOTE. Was quoted price, canceled shipment because it was not going to be picked up in time, they CHARGED MY CARD and sent truck, which arrived at 435pm. We close at 230.

KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI -- I shipped a commercial oven. Apparently, they changed the freight class on the item after it's shipped and are charging me more than double the original quote. This is their scheme. They prey on the ignorant. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

KANSAS CITY, FLORIDA -- I was lied to about size of the freight and hauling conditions. Broker clearly stated that the item is in the crate, and only needs to be top tarped. Turned out it is big machine - 96" tall instead 56". Shipper need it dry, that means completely tarped. If I would have known all information before I signed rate confirmation, I would never took this load. We end up not taking it, lost a lot of time. Compensation for truck not used was not paid. Broker was very rude. I will never do business with this brokerage again.

Company gave me a quote then later more than doubled the price and charged my cc without telling me. Very unprofessional company.

Product 'went missing' during shipment. Contacted customer service, and they said they would contact the shipper and get back to me. Never got back to me, and refused to return numerous calls & emails thereafter. I would NEVER use this company again, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.
