DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM. I ordered SYMPATHY flowers for a coworker whose husband died of CANCER from her our Division. The flowers were never delivered and I NEVER received a phone call to let me know that those flowers were not delivered.
This made me and my coworkers appear unconcerned for such a great loss to her and family. The only way we found out about flowers not being delivered was because someone asked her about them. NOBODY from From You Flowers contacted me.
The flower order was replaced in the CITY where plenty of florists are available and again they did not deliver. The manager that I spoke with Cameron from From You Flowers was rude and was not sympathetic towards the situation. That company is unreliable and has ZERO customer services skills. If the coworker was never asked about her delivery From You Flowers would have kept the money and never would have delivered the flowers. This is a SCAM and FRAUD do not send a love one flowers from this company you may lose your money and hope in customer service.
The flowers were ordered on FEBRUARY 11, 2011 today is March 1, 2011 it is still unresolved, they promise SAME DAY DELIVERY. This company is a scam, unreliable and I had the worse experience with them so not waste your time and money.
I placed my order on Friday the 11th for an order to be delivered today 02/14, there was an option to pay additional money for the order to be delivered by 12 (Noon); I paid the additional money expecting it to be delivered. I call at 1 pm wondering why the flowers had not arrived and what I was told is that they could refund the amount paid for faster delivery.
I told the lady to refund it and that they are being delivered to a school there is not much time to get there. Now it is 4pm and still no flowers. I called again and requested a refund. The Mr asked why I wanted a refund, I told him because the flowers were not delivered on time. He said we don't guarantee delivery any time on Valentine's day. (It was acknowledged earlier that they do) I brought it to his attention but he ignored. Said he would have to contact the florist and make sure they were not delivered and once they are safe back at the florist then they will see about a refund.
Will never use them again.
OLD SAYBROOK, CONNECTICUT -- I ordered from flowersforyou.com for the first time on 9-30-10 for a friend's funeral. I ordered what I thought was a nice arrangement in a vase and I upgraded to the deluxe to make sure I got a better than average arrangement. I spent around 60.00. I was so embarrassed when I got to the funeral home for the visiting that evening and there sat my flowers in a "vase" that was the size of a soda can; it was pitiful.
It looked like something I would pay 19.99 (maybe) for in the grocery store. I will never use this company again.
96738, HAWAII -- WARNING DO NOT USE THEM! I ordered flowers and balloons for the owner's Birthday of our company on 5/11 @ 8:23am, which lives in Hawaii. I stated to the agent that I needed it be delivered on 5/11 no later than 3pm. At 1:23pm I call fromyouflowers.com and inquired about my delivery. The gentleman said it did not go out yet because the vendor that they use did not get it yet. I asked for the vendors number which he refuse to give me. He stated that he would send the order again to the vendor. At 2:20pm I called again inquiry about my order and was told that the delivery will not make it today and that they could have it deliver on 5/12 and said they were sorry and that they would give me a $10.00 upgrade. I expressed how disappointed I was being that the Birthday was 5/11 and not 5/12. She apologize and said they would get it out on 5/12. I received a call from them this morning stating that the vendor did not have the orchids that I wanted and they would be able to fulfill my order next week. I expressed that I was not happy at all about their services and disappointed that this was a special day for the owner. All they could tell me that they were sorry. I stated that I will never recommend anyone to use their services and that they were a rip off and big disappointment.
I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and tell everyone not to use them. I will see how long it will take them to credit my credit card. Lousy service I highly recommend you not use them!
Anyone who plans on getting flowers for a dear one should avoid this merchant! On may 6, I fill up an order online to deliver flowers to my mother on may 9, a day before mother's day and the order neither arrived on may 9 or 10. I had it delivered a day earlier for fear of this kind of situation and still they fail to deliver!
I called customer service about 9 times that day and they say a different story each time I call. They promised to deliver the flowers within 2 hours after I talked to them and until 8pm of may 10 I was calling them to demand an explanation why it has not been delivered and the customer service always have "high demand/high volume" as excuse. One of them even said that the latest would be Tuesday, may 12. Great! And one of them even told my husband that we were lucky we are only paying 50 bucks!
They were not apologetic at all! I wish I could have read reviews about them before I ordered. And to think that our company endorses them! And because it has become so frustrating and to avoid further dealings with them, I cancelled my order. They were simply horrible!
I ordered a bouquet for my bed ridden aunt's birthday two weeks in advance. This company did not deliver the flowers by 3 pm on her birthday when I spoke with my aunt.
I then called the company to remind someone to deliver the flowers. The person on the line promised to email me when the flowers were delivered. I got no email. When I next called I was promised that the flowers would be delivered the next day and I would get a call from the company when that happened.
I called the next day and the flowers were delivered a day after her birthday but FromYouFlowers never took the initiative to contact me as promised.
TEXAS -- I mistakenly ordered a spray for a funeral that we weren't able to make out of town, from fromyouflowers.com. I didn't get the details until Sunday morning. Ordered the flowers online - for guaranteed same day delivery. They were ordered by 9am - well before the 2pm cut off for same day. They verify by zip code if they can do it. I got a call at 2:30 pm that day - saying they couldn't make the delivery. Unbelievable - so now I can't make any arrangements with any florist because it is after 2pm.
So now - we have nothing to offer our condolences to a long time family friend, to a funeral we cannot make.
My story is similar to the ones I read (wish I had read them beforehand!). I ordered flowers from this company for a high school graduate. I was impressed that they could do a Sunday delivery. I received a call Monday that they could not make the delivery and would send an apology note and upgrade at that time. Very robotic employee, no apology, no remorse. Most people that send flowers need it sent on a particular day, timing is very important or its not the same. This company is awful, awful. Beware!
I ordered Flowers for Mother's Day on Thursday, May 7, 2009 for delivery on Saturday, May 9th between 9-6. To date the flowers have not been delivered. My credit card was charged on Saturday and I have had no response from Customer Care.
I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and would urge you all to do so also!
