This is the worst company I have dealt within my entire life. They enroll you to tons of different service without your permissions, including myeasysaver discount shopping, discount dining and what not. All of them start charging you monthly fees. The product, in my case was never delivered. When called, they took 45 minutes to answer the cancellation line, just to tell me the system is down and that I need to call back.

Called up many more times, each time no one is Customer Service ever picks up the mail box was full. Save yourself trouble. Don't deal with this company. Finally disputed the charges with the credit card company and they refunded the money. Thanks & God Bless.

HOBOKEN, NEW JERSEY -- It seems Hydroxatone was all over the airways, both Radio and TV a few months ago and they sure caught my attention. So as I was driving, no less I pulled over and caught the 800 number and called to get my FREE MONTH's WORTH. NEVER DID HE SAY he would be sending THREE of them out with and elaborate monthly payment plan of about 70.00 per month!! OH NO!! I was "simply paying for shipping". Yeah sure I thought - at the end of your 30 days you just told them if you wanted to KEEP YOUR FREE TRIAL.

I am INCENSED that they continue with this BOGUS approach to marketing even now on the television. There is NOTHING free here. They are counting on people NOT returning the product because of the inconvenience of re-boxing and re-shipping. In my case the post-office, I would rather eat the Hydroxatone. I did NOT AUTHORIZE a shipment of 3; I did NOT authorize ANY payment plan and there was NOTHING FREE ABOUT IT.

This is all the WORST in marketing and advertising. Even though the product was a good one I see complaints all over the internet about their scam. I AM NOT ALONE. I will most certainly pay them but I will NOT honor any arbitrary "schedule" as I did NOT ask for their 3 months worth of product. I cancelled all my credit cards and will never give one out again. NEVER.

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT! By no means get involved with this company! I ordered the moisturizer in August. Apparently, there was a small box (I never saw it) that, if I didn't uncheck it, automatically enrolled me in some sort of medical club for $50.00 a month! This in addition to being signed up to receive this moisturizer monthly automatically, whether I needed it or not! If I hadn't checked my credit card statement, I wouldn't have found it. When I called, I was transferred several times and then told I could not speak to a supervisor--I could wait 24 to 48 hours for someone to call me back!

I heard this ad repeatedly on the radio so went ahead and ordered it. They talked me into ordering two jars. Person very nice on the phone, but then at the end, he suavely tried to get me to add on a "1.99" price-cutters thing. He would not let down; when I said "No" he said "Really I would get this one if I were you. So I'll put you down for that. Good?" He promised I'd get a gift card and could cancel in 30 days. I reluctantly agreed.

Almost one month later, I never received any product in the mail, but suddenly I noticed a rapid succession of charges on my debit card. These charges were made over the weekend so did not post until a few days later, and amounted to 13 charges totaling $1,500!!! One of the charges was labeled "Price Cutters" something or other. NOT ONE of these charges was the $139 I was SUPPOSED to be charged for the cream!

My bank is taking care of it but it's been a HUGE hassle, resulting in my having no access to my checking account for two full weeks! They blew out my credit line protection! DO NOT ORDER THIS CREAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION. They are wicked people, in my opinion preying on people who are seeking to feel better about their appearance.

JERSEY CITY,, NEW JERSEY -- The most immoral conversation w/ a customer rep, concerning my 80-yr, Alzheimer's mother, whom w/o her daughter's keen eye for vultures, would have had her bank account emptied within a couple months, considering she lives on a very fixed income. The product in the manner that they sell it is misrepresented, they state that it's a FREE TRIAL OFFER!!! IT is not!!! I was told by the consumer REP, "Maybe you should take your Alzheimer mother's bank card away so she won't order anything off TV!!!" I was so astonished by his comment, that for once in my life I was w/o words!!! I forgot how cruel some people really are!!!

They said on advertisement that the Hydroxatone is Free Trial for two bottles of the product! But NO. It is not a free trial. The customer representatives are VERY RUDE AND NO KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. They have charged me $69.95 twice because of their 30 day thing they have.

I cancelled everything and the next month they still charged me with 69.95 again. I called and they had told me that I, THE CONSUMER, owe them money and I am STEALING from their company, even the fact that they have my CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! What customer service it is! THIS HYDROXATONE IS A SCAM... THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! This company needs to be closed down!

I heard on T.V. of a free 30 day trial for an anti-wrinkle cream called Hydroxatone AM/PM Rejuvenating Treatment. All I was to be charged for was shipping. When I received my order, I received 2 jars (not one free) with a invoice indicating that if I didn't return the jars within 30 days, I would be charged a huge amount. (I think it was $69.95.) Knowing that I needed time to at least try the cream and see results before I committed to buying it, I quickly emptied the lotion into another container and return the jars.

At this point, not only did I pay for shipping of the products to me, but now I was taking 2 empty jars to the post office, had to buy a box and send the jars back certified (I wanted a confirmation they received it). I think my FREE product now has cost me a total of about $13.00. In any case, I continued to use the product religiously (!!!) as indicated for not 30 days BUT 90 DAYS and I have not seen one improvement. I have only a few lines under my eyes and I have great lighting and a magnifier mirror and not one improvement.

The cream leaves you feeling semi-dry; like nothing is on your face. After 90 days I decided to just use it on my elbows because who doesn't need softer elbows! Basically I just didn't want to waste my FREE (yeah right!!) product. This is a scam. Don't buy it!

MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA -- This is the worst product ever and the company is such a scam! They advertise a free trial and send you two jars of eye cream. All you pay for is shipping and you can cancel at any time (product does NOT work). Not the case at all! When I tried to cancel they said "No problem" and gave me no hassle but then towards the end of the conversation, he suavely says "We will just bill you $139.90 for the product we sent you."

I said "Are you kidding me?" They want to now charge me for supposedly "free product." I can't believe this company. Now they want me to pay for shipping the product back to them! What a joke. I'm sure this won't be the end of it. Stay far, far away from this product and this company!!!

These folks are absolutely pulling a scam. This product does not work and it burned my eyes terribly. I called within the 30-day free trial period and cancelled my membership. A few days later, I checked my bank account and they illegally debited my account for $69.95. I contacted them via email and they told me that they have cancelled my account, but they never said anything about returning my money. So, I assumed that since my account was cancelled, that meant they would credit my money back to my account. NOT!!!

I sent them another email and asked them when will my money be credited back to my account and they said when I return the products they will do it then. I am so irate at this time, I decide to call. I am then told that even if I returned the products, I will not get my money back because it was past the 30-day period already?! Talk about mixed messages!! This company is full of **!!!

Never did they say anything when I placed the order about returning the product within 30-days and then I will get my money back. A matter of fact I was told if I were not satisfied, I could keep the products - Free of Charge! There was a return policy in the box, but how often does a person read the packaging slip?? I didn't until they brought it to my attention just today. But they told me nothing of the sort when I first placed the order. That's where they get you!! I DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Do not purchase from this company if you think you may want your 30 day money back guarantee. The company makes this near to impossible. I returned the product before the due date with confirmation in July and have been phoning, writing and getting nowhere. I am promised a refund since 8/2/08. None has been received as of 11/05/08.

I made the mistake filing a dispute with the credit card company. They say that they will not issue a refund because the Hydrol company sent me a letter stating they would issue a store credit. I did not want the store credit and when tried to use it was told that because this was in dispute they would not honor it. I am now out the $69.95 plus shipping in and out. I believe the goal of the company is misrepresentation and ripping off the customer.
