AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I ordered a set of Strada watches that were on special and never got them as well a bracelet with a cross, a ring with a cross and a pendant with a cross. I made two orders, one with a size 8 ring and one with a size 9 and I also ordered a ring 2 nights ago never got confirmation. I am concerned because I have spent a lot of money for your products and I was to have received free gifts with these orders. I tried phoning but it is impossible to get through and no call backs when I leave my number. I am very disappointed with your lack of response.Add reply
TEXAS -- I've purchased over 20 items from the online auction this past month. I was hoping to get an early start on my Christmas shopping. Two pair of earrings bent with I tried them on to see how they looked. Other items looked so cheap I would never give them away. I've only been happy with three items out of about twenty items. My days of shopping with liquidation channel are over. Buyers beware.Add reply
AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I purchased two items from their show and was charged twice. Their advertisement on their show says that it is one price for all day. They put two different days that I purchased the items (which was one hour of each other) and charged my double. When I called customer service the customer service representative said I had to say it was a bulk order to receive it. I explained she was going to lose a customer for $2.99. She did not say anything. I asked for her supervisor and she said nobody was there.
Guess I will spend my else where. I also purchased a necklace. I will not wear it. I looked like a child's necklace. I threw it away. I wonder what other shady deals they offer.
AUSTIN, TEXAS -- Recently began using the on-line auctions....one of my first orders did not arrive. Called C/S and was told she had no idea what happened to the items in question. Received a call back from someone else from C/S notifying me that they would be issuing a credit to Bill me Later but haven't seen it as post as of today's date. today I discovered another order apparently lost in the "black hole" but had billed immediately. Spoke with 2 C/S reps who were no help at all, asked to speak with a Manager....no Managers available. E-mailed Customer Service asking for someone to research my complaint...no reply to my e-mail. Sat on hold for more than 50 minutes this evening waiting for a C/S representative to answer at the call center but no luck. Left my telephone number for someone to call me back...Worse Customer Service staff I have ever dealt with. I have been a C/S manager for 20+ years and would have been fired years ago if I treated customer's this way.
Very, very disappointed with overall dealings with the Liquidation Channel, specifically on-line website. Looking more and more like a scam on the auction site.
AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I got hooked into this television rip off for a long while. Its been a couple of years back. Do not order this junk. The peacock pearls, I ordered have lost their luster and look blue and ugly.(I ordered, a lot) ALL OF THE NUMEROUS RINGS I purchased are turning and jewelry cleaner does nothing. The rose gold comes off and the other, then you are just left with what ever metal they have under there, which is bad. Personally, I would NEVER order from a television show again. They magnify, they use special lighting its all a lie what they say. There is no shortage of Tanzinite nor Chrome diopside. Beside, who would ever buy anything other than a diamond even at a pawn shop. I also believe they have some kind of sublimenal message and you get hooked before you know it. Before you know it you are spending thousands and then you find out the quality is bad. Thats with all the T. V. sellers!! I have tried them all and got stung, just leave them alone!Add reply
