The next day I realized it was not working correctly.
I put in a refund / exchange request on-line - They sent back an acknowledgment, no Action
The second request yielded a - Sorry nohing we can do form reply.
They refused to take it back, fix it, adjust my account, or take any action whatsoever.
BEWARE of DEALING WITH OFFICEMAX ! !
I paid $2,200 for office furniture at OfficeMax. I put it together and was not pleased with it. I contacted officeMax and they made arrangements to pick it up.

They refunded my money with no hassle. This happened at the Woodlands, TX store. The people there are top notch.
Reviewers need to know the good as well as the bad.

I also bought an extended service plan on a EZ Chair for my office. The service plan was explained to me as covering the frame which was a complete lie by the sales person as it only covered casters, etc. I would not have bought the plan if presented correctly and that is my beef with Office Max.
