Deceptive Practices
Posted by Garygus on 03/08/2011
I responded to an ad for a free trial of their product. It was stated that all that was required was to pay S&H costs. Never agreed to join an auto ship program.

Now I have been charged $74.95 for the original "free" trial. I found out after the fact that their cancellation period was 14 days from the date of the original order.

This is a free trial???

Dispute the bill with your credit card company. That $74.95 sounds familiar. I wonder if Hydroxatone has changed their name? You've been had, by the way. There is no "miracle" anti wrinkle/aging cream. Shop at your local drug store for a reasonably priced moisturizer and avoid paying for Internet snake-oil.

Free Sample of Wrinkle Reducer
Posted by Dbfitz on 03/23/2011
HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA -- Heard about amazing wrinkle reducer on TV. I went to Radialabs website to order free sample of wrinkle reducer, and agreed to pay $3.95 for shipping and handling costs. I supplied them with my credit card info for same. I declined receiving any further product. Subsequent to receiving sample, not only was I billed the $3.95 I agreed to, but I was charged $74.95 on my account. Only upon receipt of returned wrinkle reducer, will they credit my account, and not bill me monthly for $74.95.

This is a huge scam. I have spent time that is precious to me on this most annoying situation.

By the way, the product is no good!!

Beware Consumer of Radialabs
Posted by Littlewren on 03/18/2011
Please Beware: I did as others have done by ordering the SAMPLE product for $3.95. I am now up to $153.95 on my checking account which was not approved nor have I received ANY product. When I called the company the man said I had the product and they had shipped ANOTHER order on the 16th and charged it to my account!!!

Please check this company out before you order... there are several people that this has happened to.

This has been said before, but it bears repeating: Never give your bank account number or credit card number to a vendor you don't know and never to a company offering "free" trials.

Communication Issue
Posted by Ppacific on 03/12/2011

I received this product two days ago. It stated in the commercial that you could try the product and return it within 14 days. If not satisfied, just call them; however, the number DOES NOT WORK.
I've tried to email them as well....no luck.
Is this company valid? I will inform my bank to block incoming charges as the company is impossible to reach.

Go to http://www.myfloridalegal.com/complaintform.pdf, http://ftc.gov click on 'consumer complaint' or call 877-382-4357 (citizen services-Florida). You can get a decent moisturizer (brand name) at your local drug store that will work as well or better than this product.

Excellent website, Skye!

Thanks Alain. It's amazing how they are able to get away with it.

Some of those companies remind me of snake oil salesman.

Scam- Radial Labs Wrinkle Cream
Posted by Putput on 03/10/2011
This company is a rip off. They get your card number, then start charging you card every 10 days. The only way to stop them is to discontinue you card. Do it right away and save some grief. Write the State of Florida and send in a complaint.

I ordered this product a month ago and never received anything ..i was always a bit dubious as if it looks to good to be true it usually is. so I only ordered one of the products for 6 pound shipping cost, emails are returned and the phone no is constantly engaged but after Reading what other people have been charged I've stopped my card and am glad I only lost 6 pound...

Good thing you stopped your card, hopefully they dont find another way to bill you. You have to be very cafeful when you see things advertised as free risk trial. Because it is a risk, and its not free. And from what i read, the product doesnt work that great any ways, so you probably dodged a big bullet!

Scam!

This business has to be prosecuted for an unauthorized charge of our credit cards. If there is a class action lawsuit going on anywhere, I would like to add my complaint.

Thanks To My 3 Cents

HOLLYWOOD, FLOURIDA -- First of all I want to thank this website and the person who listed their customer service number, I don't think I would have ever found their number if it were not for this website. I was also shocked when I checked my checking account number and saw an un-authorized charge on my account for $74.95, I immediately called them after finding their number on this website and got through immediately. The representative named Toni was very nice and helpful, immediately gave me a cancellation number and a return merchandise authorization number. The address she gave me to return sample was 3286 North 29th Ct., Hollywood, Fl 33020. She told me as soon as they received the sample back my account would be credited and it would take from 3 to 30 days to get refund on my account. I will ship it out tomorrow with a return receipt request. Hope this helps somebody out there.

I'm so glad you found help here...but please get a tracking number when you send your return. They are notorious for claiming they never got the returned items, so its best to have proof.

Very Unpleasant
Posted by Patty4 on 03/17/2011
I called to cancel subscription and the person I spoke to was REALLY rude. And of course when I asked to speak to someone above him, was put on forever hold. This product does not work....and the customer service is even worse.
